TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
The tool does not work. The battery is depleted. Charge the battery.
The tool or the battery
is overloaded.
Decrease the load on the
tool and restart the tool
again.
The tool or the battery
is overheated.
Allow the tool and battery
to cool down and restart
the tool.
Wheel cannot be installed. Wheel is of the wrong
size.
Refer to specication
chart for proper wheel
size.
Auxiliary handle cannot be installed. There is dust in the
auxiliary-handle
sockets.
Clean and clear the
sockets.
Grinding is too slow. The grinding wheel is
worn out.
Replace the grinding
wheel.
