OPERATION
INSTALL THE BELT CLIP
(FIG.5)
1. Align the rib of the belt clip with the
hole on the base of the reciprocating
saw.
2. Insert the screw and tighten the
screw securely with a screwdriver.
The belt clip can be positioned on
the left side of the tool.
REMOVE THE BELT CLIP

1. Use a screwdriver to loosen the
screw that attaches the belt clip to
the tool.
2. Remove the screw and the belt clip.
INSTALLING THE BLADE
(FIG.6)
1. Remove the battery pack from the tool.
2. Turn the tool-less blade clamp
counterclockwise.
3. Insert the blade into the slot in the blade
clamp.
4. Release the blade clamp to lock the
blade in place.
NOTICE: The blade may be installed with
the teeth pointing up or down, according
to the requirements of the cutting
operation.
WARNING:
When changing the
blade, always wear protective gloves.
The sharp edges of the blade will cause
personal injury.

Tool-Less Blade Clamp
NOTICE: When removing a blade following
operation, allow the blade to cool before
removing it to avoid possible burning from
the hot blade.
1. Remove the battery pack from the tool.
2. Turn the tool-less blade clamp
counterclockwise.
3. Pull the blade out of the blade clamp.
