Put the condensation collector into place - 10.
Unroll the power cord; connect it to the appliance then to the earthed
socket - 11.
Take the cooking pot out and add the ingredients.
Remove the cooking pot.
Put ingredients in the cooking pot.
Please note that the level of foods and liquids should never exceed the
max level marking on the cooking pot - 12.
Place the cooking pot in the appliance
Wipe clean the bottom of the cooking pot and remove any food residue
from the heating plate. Then place the cooking pot into the appliance
- 13.
Do not use your appliance without the cooking pot.
Close and lock the lid
Close the lid and ensure it clicks well into place -14. To lock the lid, turn
the lid knob clockwise – 15.
When the appliance is on and the lid lock or unlock there is a double
“beep” signal.
Place the pressure limit valve
Position the pressure limit valve and take care that it clicks well into
place. It is normal that it remains somehow loose -16.

GENERAL INFORMATION FOR COOKING UNDER PRESSURE
An EPC (electrical pressure cooker) is an electric pan with an hermetic lid
and a special valve, that allows to cook the food under pressure, which
saves cooking time and makes the stiff foods soft.
The following programs cook automatically under pressure: Rice/Cereals,
Porridge, Pilaf, Beans, Pasta (1st step), Sushi, Holodetz, Soup, Steam,
Stew, Boiling, Reheat. For DIY function you will enter a cooking pressure
state if you select at least 100°C, with the lid closed and locked. For the
programs Soup, Stew and Boiling you can deactivate the Pressure Cook
by clicking on “No Pressure Cook”.
