Quick Pressure Exhaust
When the appliance cooks under pressure, the pressure release is
automatic. If you need to open the lid during the cooking, or stop
the cooking before the end of the timer, you will need to release the
pressure manually. To exhaust the pressure manually, you will have to
make a long press of the button “Quick Pressure Exhaust” during few
seconds. You will see the pressure valve rise and the steam escape from
the valve -26. If it doesn’t, you may not be pushing strong enough the
button, try again.
Once the pressure is released, you will be able to open the lid, if you are
not able to open the lid, it means that the pressure is not totally release,
you can renew the operation until the lid opens.

Keep Warm
In cooking mode, when the countdown reaches 0, the appliance will
beep, then it automatically goes into the keep warm setting, the digital
screen indicates «b». If pressing Keep Warm button during standby
mode, the digital screen indicates «b».
After 24 consecutive hours, this function will be cancelled automatically
and it returns to the standby mode.
A long press will cancel automatic keep warm for all menu, there will be
a long “beep” sound and the indicator will light on and off. Another long
press will reactivate the automatic keep warm, you will hear two beeps
and the indicator will light on and off. At the end of this cooking mode,
if you want to start another cooking mode the automatic keep warm is
coming back alone.
During Keep Warm, take care that the lid is closed.
Note : «Keep Warm» is not available for the «Frying», “Pasta”, “Yogurt”,
“dough”, “cream cheese”, under vaccum, and «DIY» functions.
ON/OFF, Start/Stop settings
To turn ON your appliance make a short press on the button ON/OFF,
Start/Stop, or an other button on the interface.
