Unplug the power from your router, turn the phone off. Plug back in your router first, then wait
for 1 minute and then turn on your phone.
Check if you are able to connect your phone via Bluetooth. If also unable to connect via
Bluetooth contact Motorola for repair options.

Try a different URL or web site address.
Disconnect and try connecting to the network again.
Enter correct Password (WEP-WAP/WPA key).
If connected via a commercial Wi-Fi hotspot, such as the ones at Borders or Starbucks, we
recommend renewing the hotspot's DHCP lease.

Force to reboot or restart when screen is frozen or locked up?
In the unlikely event that your moto x
4
becomes unresponsive, try a force reboot.
Warning: Don't attempt to remove or replace the battery doing so may damage the battery and could
cause burning and injury.
1. Connect your device to the supplied charger
2. To reboot the device, press and hold the Power key for 10 - 20 seconds.
3. If this reboot is not succesful, press and hold the volume down & power key together for 30-40
seconds
Notes:
Data on your phone will not be deleted.
Ensure that your device is charged to a minimum of 5%. If your battery is below 5% then the
device may not power on.
A device that is completely drained should be charged, for a minimum of 15 minutes, using the
provided charger.
