Additional functions
You have placed the food in the oven,
selected an operating mode, and set
the temperature.
By selecting Additional Settings you can
adjust cooking durations and make
additional settings.
Select Change.
Select Additional Settings.
Additional menu options will appear.
You can select or change these options
for the cooking program:
Duration
Core temperature (This option only
appears when you are using the roast
probe. You cannot set a cooking
duration when using the roast probe.)
Ready at
Start at (This option only appears after
Duration or Ready at has been set.)
Rapid PreHeat (This option only
appears in the Convection Bake,
AutoRoast, and Surround
modes if you set a temperature
above 210°F/100°C.)
Crisp function (This moisture reduction
feature will allow surfaces to crisp on
the outside.)
Change Operating Mode (You can
change the oven mode during
operation.)
Changing the temperature
As soon as a cooking mode is selected,
the corresponding recommended
temperature will appear in the display
together with its possible range (see
“Mode overview”).
If the recommended temperature is
suitable for your recipe, confirm with
OK.
If it is not suitable for your recipe, you
can change it for this particular
cooking program.
You can also permanently reset the
recommended temperature to suit
your personal cooking habits (See
“Settings – Recommended
temperatures”).
Example: You have selected Convection
Bake and 350°F (170°C) and can
see the temperature increasing.
You want to reduce the required
temperature to 310°F (155°C).
Select Change.
Change the temperature.
Confirm with OK.
The adjusted temperature is saved. The
required and the actual temperatures
will appear.
