DIRECTIONS: In a food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a deep
pan and place in the freezer for 30 minutes. Scoop into bowls and serve.

DIRECTIONS: Put 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips in the bottoms of 8 popsicles molds. Mix the
condensed milk with the coffee, and ll each mold to the top. Cover the tops of each mold tightly with
foil, and insert the sticks. Freeze until solid

in a saucepan. Add the cold brew and coffee extract to the melted chocolate and mix well. Pour the
coffee and chocolate mixture into the whipped cream, and stir until combined well. Pipe the mixture into
serving dishes and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
