Do not operate the immersion blender continuously for more than 1 minute. Allow the motor to
rest for 1 minute between each use. This is especially important when mixing dry, thick or heavy
mixtures. Never mix for more than 15 seconds. Stop operation and stir the ingredients before
continuing.
