The cleaner makes too
much noise.

The unit powers off
too soon or by itself

Is the battery fully charged?

The battery must be fully charged before
cleaning. If the problem persists even though
the battery is fully charged, and the pipes and
attachments are clear from obstructions, then
please contact LG customer service
Is there any foreign substance
in the body of the product,
extension pipe, or inlet port?
•
Remove the foreign objects from the body of
the product, extension pipe, or inlet port.
Is the filter clogged?
•
Clean the pre-filter and the exhaust filter.
The rotating brush
does not rotate.
Is the brush properly attached?
•
Remove the brush, clean it if necessary and
attach it again.
Are there any foreign objects on
the rotating brush?
•
Remove any foreign objects from the rotating
brush.
The mop pad
attachment plate does
not rotate.
Did you press the mop nozzle
hard?
•
The mop attachment plate stops automatically
to protect the product. This is not a failure.
Press the power button again to use the
product.
Are there any foreign objects
between the mop attachment
plate?
•
Remove foreign objects from the mop nozzle
attachment plate and press the power button
again to use the product.
There is no water
coming out of the mop
nozzle.
Is the water tank filled?
•
In order for the water to come out of the mop
nozzle, the water tank should be filled.
Is the water tank properly
attached to the mop nozzle?
•

Is the Water Supply Adjustment
button on?
•
The water will not come out if the button is
set to STOP.
•
Press the Water Supply Adjustment button
according to the type of cleaning.
There is moisture in
the water tank.
Have you thoroughly dried the
water tank?

The water tank will become moist if the water
tank is containing water.
•
Dry the water tank properly in a shadow.
Using the mop nozzle
