0.4 kg Remove cardboard packaging. Leave
meal in original microwave safe plastic
packaging with plastic film on.
Pierce the film with a fork 5 times.
After cooking, stir and let stand for
approx. 2 minutes.

(initial temp -18°C)
e.g. Mixed
vegetables &
cauliflower

Dish & lid
Place in a dish and cover with a lid.
When the oven stops and the audible
signals sound, stir and re-cover.
After cooking, let stand for approx. 2
minutes.
NOTE: If frozen vegetables are
compacted together, try to
separate them before cooking.

(initial temp -18°C)

Low rack
Remove cardboard packaging. Leave
lasagne in original microwave safe
plastic packaging.
Place on the low rack.
Do not cover.
After cooking, let stand, covered in
aluminium foil for approx. 5 minutes.
