Possible cause Solution
• The appliance cannot
pump off water from the
floor of the cooking space
due to a fault or blockage
in the pump.
► Note down the serial number (FN; see identi-
fication plate) and call Customer Services.
► Close the stop cock for the water supply.
• The appliance tries to
pump continuously even
though there is no water
on the floor of the cooking
space. This is caused by a
faulty level measurement.
► Start at 100°C for 10minutes and allow
to run fully with automatic steam reduction
and wash cycles.
► Then start the appliance again.
