3 Techncal specfıcatons of your applance
3.4 Preparaton
Do not cut a jost or stud unless absolutely
necessary. If a jost or stud must be cut, then a
supportng frame must be constructed.
Fttngs materal s provded to secure the hood to
most types of walls/celngs.
However, a qualfed techncan must verfy
sutablty of the materals n accordance wth the
type of wall/celng.
Before makng cutouts, make sure there s proper
clearance wthn the celng or wall for exhaust
vent.
Hood nstallaton heght above cooktop s the
users preference. The lower the hood s above
the cooktop, the more effcent the capturng of
cookng odors, grease and smoke.
