If this appliance is fitted with a BSI 1363 13 Amp British plug, and the
molded plug fitted to this item is not suitable for your socket outlet, it
should be CUT OFF AND DESTROYED.
Important wiring instructions: The wires in the mains lead are colored in
accordance with the following code: BLUE - Neutral BROWN - Live.
As the colors of the wires in the mains lead of this appliance may not cor-
respond with the colored markings identifying the terminals in your plug,
proceed as follows:
The wire which is colored blue must be connected to the terminal which is
marked with the letter N or colored black.
The wire which is colored brown must be connected to the terminal which
is marked with the letter L or colored red.
If a 13 amp (BS 1363) plug is used, a 3 amp fuse must be fitted, or if any
other type of plug is used, a 5 amp fuse must be fitted either in the plug or
adapter at the distribution board. Replacement fuses should be ASTA
approved to BS 1362.
Fuse cover must be refitted when changing the fuse. If fuse cover is lost,
the plug must not be used until a replacement is obtained. Information for
obtaining the correct fuse carrier is marked on the carrier itself and in the
bottom of the fuse cavity on the plug. These may be obtained from Wahl
UK.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or
its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.

THIS CLIPPER WAS DESIGNED FOR COMMERCIAL USE
1. This unit is designed for commer-
cial use. It is normal for the unit to
become somewhat warm during nor-
mal use.
2. Avoid pressing the blades strongly
against the skin, being especially
careful around the ears. (The blades
should be directed toward the skin at
a right angle... but without a great
deal of pressure.)
3. Put a drop of
Wahl oil on tips of the blade while the
unit is running. Oil should be applied
at least ONCE a day. Always hold
clipper in a DOWNWARD position so
that oil does not enter into the unit.
4. Brush
hair from the blades & spray with
CliniClip blade cleaner/ disinfectant
wipe off excess with a clean towel.
Apply a few drops of oil. (See #3)
5. To clean the unit, use either a
clean, dry or dampened cloth. DO
NOT USE benzene or thinner to
clean the unit.
6. Do not store the clipper in a wet or
moist environment.
7. To prolong blade life, do not use
clipper on hair that is coated with a
permanent wave solution or hair
spray.
8. Do not touch any of the internal
mechanisms. If the unit should need
repair, do not attempt to repair it your-
self. The appliance has no user ser-
viceable parts. Return it to Wahl
Clipper Corp.
9. Do not wrap cord around unit for
storage. This may result in breakage
or cracks to power cord.

To remove the blades, hold the clipper
firmly in your hand. Using your thumb,
simply push the blades away from the
front of the clipper. The blades and the
mounting plate behind them will all come
off in one piece.
To clean hair that may have become
clogged between the blades, brush
between the blades with the cleaning
brush provided. Always be sure to oil the
blades after cleaning.
Before replacing the blades on the clipper,
make sure that the two spring wires are
firmly seated in the notches provided and
that the top blade moves freely. If these
springs are not firmly seated, your clipper
will not function properly and may make a
very loud noise.

the bottom of the blade set into the
space provided on the clipper housing.
Once it is seated, snap blade set to
case. You will hear a click when the
blades are fully in place.

1. Turn unit off.
2. Place comb over blade teeth as
shown.
3. Rotate bottom of comb onto underside
of unit until it snaps into locking groove.

The cord should not be used to pull the clipper. Since freedom of move-
ment needs to be maintained, care should be used to keep the cord
untwisted and unobstructed. When stored, the cord should be
coiled and
the unit placed in original box or storage pouch (if provided).
If your clipper has a polarized plug: To reduce the risk of electric
shock, this appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the
other). This plug fits in a polarized outlet only one way. In the event the
plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. In the event it still
does not fit, contact a qualified electrician to install the proper outlet. Do
not change the plug in any way

Wahl 8655-200 Questions and Answers

#1 Can I use this to cut my head hair to size double zero?

You could use it to cut your head hair, if you don't have much hair... this is a small trimmer, remember.

#2 Do you have to hold the power button on/down while using? Or does it switch on and off like normal clippers?

The Wahl Professional Black Peanut Hair and Beard Clipper Trimmer has a push up power button. You do not need to hold to keep it on.

#3 How often should the blades be oiled in relation to running time? For example a drop of oil for every hour used, etc.

If you use this unit every day the instructions say to put one drop of oil on the tips of the blades while the unit is running and to hold the unit downward. It says oil should be used at least once a day.

#4 Can it has free wifi?

Yes, but you have to de-trundle the frequency modifier and reverse the polarity of the proton stream. That'll get you basic functionality, but if you want expanded features you'll need to download a profiler app. There's plenty of options, just find one that works for you. Also, I'd recommend overclocking the carburetors and upgrading your data plan so you can expand the Planck length. Keep in mind that this will void the warranty.
