Emerson ST75 Questions and Answers

#1 Does this have the capability of showing me a temperature
chart of the past 12 hrs?

Usage data is not currently available, however, we will definitely
pass along your request to our product team to consider when
making future product enhancements.

#2 Can the fan be programmed/scheduled to kick on and
offregardless of if system is even turned on. I have this on
my non-wifi and its huge for 2 story.

If your HVAC system is not turned on (no power) then no. If
you have power to both the HVAC and thermostat you can
set the fan to cycle regardless if the system is heating or
cooling. This the the Circulating Fan setting and you can
adjust the percentage of time the fan runs each hour to
circulate the air in the home in 5% increments.

#3 Home screen should display outdoor temp?

Home screen of the app includes the outdoor temperature. But
the home screen of the actual thermostat does not include the
outdoor temperature.

#4 is there a difference between white and black Emerson Sensi
touch thermostat other than size?

There is no difference besides the color. White and black are
the same size.

#5 Will this work with multiple thermostats?

The app will work with multiple thermostats but the thermostat
will not control multiple thermostats, if that’s what you’re
asking.

#6 Can the temperature be calibrated ? to match my mercury
thermostat?

No, the thermostat cannot be calibrated. It has its own sensors
and this is a digital thermostat run by a motherboard.

#7 Could I controlled from anywhere with my phone?

Yes, as long as you have internet access you can control it
through the app.

#8 Is this operated with batteries?

No, it's connected to your house. No need for any batteries.
Really like mine, the company stands by their product.

#9 Can I set a password -or lock the temperature my teen keeps
turning the heat up?

You can lock the keypad display. I guess in that case you’d use
the app if you wanted to adjust temperature.

#10 Recently, I noticed that my app will show that my unit is in
heat mode with the orange display while the thermostat
itself is not displayed as orange?

I believe it glows orange only when the unit is running. Once it
reaches the set temp it changes back to its normal color. On
the app it will change back to gray

#11 Is this product able to control whole home humidifiers?

This thermostat WILL control a while house humidifier. I'm am
hvac contractor so I can assure you it does because I have this
in my own house.
