#1 How do you press the slider?

Instructions are included; the "top" is in 2 sections - one is big for a regular press; it releases & there is a smaller press that can create a pocket in a large burger, or serve as a full press for the smaller size.

#2 What is the diameter of the sliders?

Without measuring Im pretty sure they are about the size of an average slider.
