The picture is blurred or shows a
distorted image in the shape of a
snowflake
• Power off the TV and check to see if the Lens is dirty. If it is, then follow the
instructions in your QSG to clean it and the screen.
The picture does not fit the screen
• Check if the screen or projector is moved and move it back.
• Follow the Quick Start Guide to adjust the laser TV.
• Use Settings-Screen-Geometry to adjust the picture.
The TV is displaying an ‘Overheat’
warning message
• Check to make sure the vents on the left and right side of the TV are clear.
• Check to make sure no heat source is too close to the TV.
The picture appears on the screen
intermittently
• The TV has an eye protection feature for your safety. If you walk too close to the
TV while it is on, the laser source will turn off and then turn back on when you
move away from it
The picture is washed out or lacks
color
• The TV screen can reject the ambient light from the top. Check if any light affect
the screen from the bottom. Remove the light source from the lower position.
