Piston/Piston Rings/Piston Pin
14. Install the ignition coil (28) and tighten the
ignition coil bolts (29) to the specified torque:
7 lbf·ft (10 N·m, 1.0 kgf·m)
Connect the ignition coil A connector (30) and
B connector (31).
15. Install the shims, camshaft and camshaft
holder (page 86).
16. Install the crankshaft hole cap (page 88).
17. Install the cylinder head cover (page 89).
18. Install the spark plug (page 80).
19. Install the exhaust pipe (page 128).
20. Install the subframe (page 51) and muffler
(page 127).
21. Install the fuel tank and seat (pages 43, 47).
22. Fill and bleed the cooling system (page 159).
Check for the following:
– compression leaks
– abnormal engine noise
– secondary air leaks
– exhaust gas leaks
– coolant leaks
– oil leaks
