The following fault message appears in the display and the
program has been canceled
Message Possible cause and solution
Water intake See
The water intake is blocked or restricted.
Check whether the water supply is turned on prop-
erly.
Check whether the intake hose is kinked.
Check whether there is sufficient water pressure.
The filter in the water intake is blocked.
Clean the filter.
The drain pump is activated for 2minutes. The ma-
chine door is then released. Wait for the drain pump
to stop before switching the machine off.
Drainage See
The drain is blocked or restricted.
The drain hose has been fixed too high.
Clean the filter and the pump.
The maximum drain height is 39“ (1m).
Service Water-
proof syst.
The water protection system has activated.
Close the faucet.
Contact the Service department.
Service Fault F
There is a fault.
Disconnect the washing machine from the electric-
ity supply, either by withdrawing the plug from the
socket or by disconnecting it at the fuse.
Wait at least 2minutes before reconnecting the
washing machine to the electricity supply.
Then switch the washing machine on again.
Restart the program.
If the fault message appears again, contact the
Service department.
To switch off the fault indicator: Turn the program selector to the position and
switch the washing machine off.
