3. WARRANTY
Hoshizaki warrants to the original owner/userthat all Hoshizaki
branded products shall be free of defects in material and/or
workmanshipforthe duration of the“warrantyperiod”.Thewarranty
shallbeeffectivefortwoyearsfromthedateofinstallation.
Hoshizaki’s liabilityunderthe terms of thewarranty arelimited and
shallexcluderoutineservicing,cleaning,essentialmaintenanceand/
orrepairsoccasionedbymisuseandinstallationsnotin accordance
withHoshizakiguidelines.
Warrantyrepairs shouldbe completed by anapprovedHoshizaki
dealerorserviceagencyusinggenuineHoshizakicomponents.
