#1 I'm 4'11, will it be hard for me to reach the handlebars? Are they far?

No it sits people more upright or forward depending on that is desired. I am 5 feet 6 and no issues for me. I think you would be sitting more forward like professional riders just not that extreme.

#2 My feet can't reach the pedals when down and seat is lowered all the way. Anybody else run into this? What can be done?

My 7 year old can ride this bike on the lowest seat setting so you must have very short legs or you haven’t lowered the seat all the way. If you can’t figure it out, you can always just ride it standing. Good luck.

#3 What size box or boxes does this ship in?

3 ft x 5 ft x 6 inches approximately

#4 How fast does it go?

There is no speed to the bike it is just how fast you can pedal however the pedal straps keep your feet tight on the pedal so you can go as fast as you like. The residence is no by number but it does get very strong.
