Stations react when you operate the
Center’s remote control
“x” flashes on the sychro display of the
Center’s remote control
Nothing appears on the sychronous
display of the Center’s remote control
even after the set is switched on.
The remote control does not function
properly
The WAC7000 Center’s screen is stuck
in a menu or shows no response for a
long period of time (2-5 minutes).
“No Disc”/ “Cannot read CD” is
displayed
Sound cannot be heard or is of poor
quality.
The disc skips tracks
15.Troubleshooting
The remote control for the Center is powerful
enough to operate several Stations within a
certain distance or angle. Check that you have
placed the Stations in different rooms or place
them at different angles
Use the remote control for the Station or the
controls on the set.
Signal error. Check that you have pointed the
remote control towards the IR sensor of the
set you wish to operate
You have switched on the set by using the
control on the set instead of the remote
control for the Center. Press REFRESH on
center’s remote control to synchronize its
display.
Reduce the distance between the remote
control and the set.
Insert the batteries with their polarities (+/–
signs) aligned as indicated.
Replace the batteries.
Point the remote control directly towards the
IR sensor.
Please first try to press STANDBY-ON/ECO
POWER to go to power saving mode. If the
problem persists, suggest to restart the power
(unplug and re-plug) to reset the WACS7000
Center.
Insert a suitable disc.
Check if the disc is inserted with graphic
printed side facing you
Wait for the moisture condensation on the lens
to clear
Replace or clean the disc,
see 1.5 Maintenance.
Use a finalized CD-RW or CD-R.
Adjust the volume.
Disconnect the headphones.
Switch off MUTE.
Replace or clean disc
Switch off SHUFFLE
