• Record audio: Temporarily exit the email, record audio
with the device’s microphone, and then attach it to your
email.
• Memo: Attach a memo.
• Calendar: Attach an event from your calendar.
• Location
: Attach a thumbnail of a map showing your location.
• Contacts
: Add an Address Book entry.

Options Before Composing a Email
1. From the Home screen, touch Email.
2. Before composing an email, press
for options:
•Sort by: Display your emails by date, sender,
read/unread, and so on.
•View as: Display emails in Standard view or
Conversation view.
• New meeting invitation: Send an event invitation
from your calendar.
•Documents: Display documents stored on Windows
SharePoint Services or Windows file share (if available).
•Font size
: Set the font size for your emails.
•Settings: Access Messaging settings. For more
information, refer to “Messaging Settings” on page 85.
Options While Composing an Email
While composing an email, press for options.
• Send email to myself: Send a copy of the email to
yourself.
• Schedule email: Send the email at a future time.
•Priority: Set the priority of the email.
• Tracking options: Get Read and Delivery receipts for
the email.
• Security options: Encrypt or sign the email.
Sync Email Accounts
Syncing refreshes your device with the account’s servers.
When you set up an email account, you can choose whether
the account syncs in the background, or manually.
From the Home screen, touch
Email
Refresh.
