1. From a Home screen, touch
Apps
Settings
Connections tab NFC.
2. To
uch ON/OFF to turn NFC on.
Note: NFC must be turned on to use Android Beam or S Beam.
4. Touch
Add.
• Enter a name for the VPN network in the Name field.
• Select a VPN type from the Type drop down menu.
• Enter the Server address and any other required fields
that are dependent upon the Type you entered
previously.
• Touch the Show advanced options check box to
display additional VPN options.
5. Touch Save to save your VPN settings.
Add an IPsec VPN
1. From a Home screen, touch Apps Settings
Connections tab.
2. Touch
More networks VPN.
3. Touch
Advanced IPsec VPN.
4. Touch Add VPN Connection.
• Enter a name for the VPN connection in the
VPN connection na
me field.
• Select a IPsec connection type from the drop-down
menu.
• Enter any other required information.
• Touch Show advanced options to display additional
VPN options.
5. Touch Save to save your VPN settings.
NFC
Use NFC (Near Field Communication) to share information
between your device and another NFC device by touching the
devices together, typically back to back. This is used for
applications such as Android Beam, Tap and Pay, and
S Beam.
