Switch Between Email Accounts
1. From the Home screen, touch Email.
Your Email screen displays showing your emails from
the active account.
2. Touch the Inbox button
at the top of your screen.
Your Email accounts screen is displayed.
3. Touch the Email account Inbox you would like to
switch to. You can also select Combined inbox which
will display email messages from all accounts.
Compose and Send Email
1. From the Home screen, touch Email.
2. If you have multiple accounts set up, choose an
account from the menu at the top of the screen.
3. Touch Compose, then touch fields to enter
recipients and the email text.
4. While composing a message:
• Touch displayed buttons to set Scheduling options and
Priority.
• Touch
Attach to add a file to the message.
• Touch
to set Tracking options and Security
options. (Available options depend on the type of email
account.)
5. Touch the body of the email to enter the text of your
email. Touch the text option buttons to edit and format
your message text.
6. Touch
Send to send the message.
Add Attachments to an Email
To add an attachment to your email, touch and select one
of the following options:
• My Files: Attach a document or file.
• Image: Attach an image.
• Take a picture: Temporarily exit the email, take a photo
with the camera, and then attach it to your email.
• Video: Attach a video.
• Record video

with the camera, and then attach it to your email.
• Audio
: Attach an audio file.
