Bowflex C7 BIKE Questions and Answers

#1 What’s the difference between the velocore 22 on the bowflex website versus the amazon bowflex velocore ic 22 bikes?

The only difference I can tell is the one on Amazon arrived in two days and Bowflex wanted three weeks. No idea if there is any other difference. Mine works great!

#2 I got regular cleats n they didnt fit in these pedals, they a bit larger, what cleats would work on these pedals? Item link plz?

The VeloCore bike's pedals are SPD® mountain bike compatible. The toe cages are compatible with most athletic shoes. I simply used the pedals that came with the bike and the SPD cleats that also came with the bike. They aren't great cleats or pedals though so I might put my own pedals on. The pedals are replaceable with any 9/16" pedal that’s compatible with adult bicycles.

#3 Does the display show you the resistence level?

Yes. The display shows the resistance level as you turn the knob.

#4 Is there a place to put my own device ?

What type of device. You can utilize type of mounting bracket that would fit on std bicycle handle bars.
