Tip: Remove bones, gristle and sinews. 
Cut meat into large pieces. Process

Vegetables (for purées or soups)

Mayonnaise
2 eggs
15 g vinegar
½ tsp mustard
1 pinch salt
1 pinch sugar
300400 g oil
Ingredients must be at the same 
temperature.
Blend all ingredients (except oil) for 
several seconds on setting 4.
Slowly pour the oil through the feed 
chute and blend until the mayonnaise 
emulsies.
Processing time: 1½ minutes
Kneading and stirring dough
If you only require a small amount of dough 
(up to 400 g our with appliance model 
MUM44... , up to 500 g our with appliance 
model MUM46 ... and MUM47 ...), you can 
process it in the multimixer.
Yeast dough
Basic recipe
up to 500 g our
1 pinch salt
25 g yeast or 1 packet dried yeast
Approx. 285 ml warm water
Add all ingredients (except water) to 
the container.
Slowly pour the water through the feed 
chute while the appliance is running 
(setting 2).
Processing time: 15 seconds on setting 2 
and then for 45 seconds on setting 4.
