Troubleshooting
Problem: Call does not connect.
Solution 1: If the number was not dialed using the area code, try dialing using the full 10-digit number
including the area code.

Call Emergency Numbers
You can place calls to 9-1-1 even if the phone’s screen is locked or your account is restricted.

2. Tap 9-1-1 and tap Dial .
