Battery
Servicing Your Honda
The battery is located in the battery
compartment behind the left side cover.
Removal
Make sure the ignition switch is OFF.
Remove the left side cover (page ).
Pull the battery ( ) out of the battery
compartment.
Disconnect the negative ( ) terminal lead
( ) from the battery first, then disconnect
the positive ( ) terminal lead ( ).
Remove the battery holder ( ) by removing
the bolt ( ).
