Outerwear Cold to 40°C Max. load 2.5 kg
Items Performance outerwear (e.g. jackets and trousers) made from
membrane fabric such as Gore-Tex®, SYMPATEX®,
WINDSTOPPER®, etc.
Notes - Close any zips and Velcro fasteners before washing.
- Do not use fabric softener.
- If required, these items can also be reproofed using the
Proofingprogramme. Reproofing after each wash cycle is not
recommended.
Proofing 40°C Max. load 2.5 kg
Items Treating microfibre fabric, ski wear or table linen made from mainly
synthetic fibres to provide a finish that is resistant to water and dirt.
Notes - The items should be freshly laundered and spun or dried before
proofing.
- For best results, the items should be heat-treated afterwards. This
can be achieved by drying them in the tumble dryer or by ironing
them.
Down filled items Cold to 60°C Max. load 2.0 kg
Items Jackets, sleeping bags, pillows and other down-filled items.
Notes - Remove air from the items before washing to prevent an excessive
build-up of foam. To do this, either push the items into a narrow
laundry bag to compress them or tie the items together with a
washable strap.
- Observe the instructions on the care label.
