COOKING GUIDE
The following table has been provided to recommend basic time and temperature settings
for common ingredients.
Note: Keep in mind these settings are only basic recommendations. Ingredients can differ in
origin, size, shape, and brand, and cooking time and temperatures may need to be adjusted as
needed. The air fryers pan can be removed at any time during cooking so ingredients can be
checked during the cooking process.
Tips
1. A larger amount of ingredients only requires a longer cooking time, not necessarily a
higher temperature setting.
2. Shaking smaller ingredients halfway through cooking time can help prevent uneven
cooking of the ingredients.
3. When cooking fresh potatoes, make them more crispy by adding some oil and cooking
them for a few additional minutes. Also keep French fries crispy by prepare no more than
1.1lbs (500g) of French fries at one time.
4. Do not prepare extremely greasy ingredients such as sausages in the air fryer.
5. Snacks that can be prepared in an oven can also be prepared in the air fryer.
6. Use pre-made dough to quickly and easily prepare snacks with tasty fillings. Pre-made
dough may also require a shorter cooking time than home-made dough.
7. Use a baking tray or oven dish in the fryer basket to bake a cake or quiche or to fry fragile
filled ingredients.
8. This air fryer can also be used to heat ingredients. To heat ingredients, set the temperature
to 300ºF (150ºC) for up to 10 minutes.
