The CUCKOO Pressure Multi Cooker can make a healthy red ginseng decoction by boiling
and decocting the steamed red ginseng.
Pour 600ml of water into the stainless inner pot then
put the stainless steam plate into the pot.
First, insert the germanium ceramic pot
into the germanium inner pot. Next,
put the germanium pot into the stainless inner pot.
Put the steamed red ginseng or dried ginseng
in the germanium ceramic pot and pour
1800ml of water. Then Close the germanium lid.
Turn the pressure regulator to the high
pressure position.
Select the Decocting Red Ginseng mode and
press Start button.
How to decoct Red Ginseng
Close the lid and double check that packing is
correctly fitted and the pressure regulator closed.

To steam a large quantity of Red Ginseng, add 2700ml of
water into the stainless inner pot and place the stainless
steam plate into the pot. Put 600ml of red ginseng on the
plate and decoct it.
