OPERATION

(when changing the type of detergent
or softener).
NOTE
Run this function once a month (or
more often if needed) to remove
detergent buildup and other residue.
If you do not clean the
ezDispense
compartment, detergent or softener
will be remained in the connected
hose.
Using this function may cause some
foam in the drum.

Wash the
ezDispense
compartment
that needs to be cleaned. Please refer
to
Cleaning the Appliance
Periodically & Performing an
Emergency Water Evacuation
in
MAINTENANCE
chapter for further
details.

Fill the water in compartment to be
cleaned up to the
MAX
line.

Press the
Power
button.

Press and hold the
Spin
button for 3
seconds to clean the connected hose.
When this option is selected,
dcL
appears on the display.

Press the
Dispenser 1
or
Dispenser 2
button to select the compartment to
be cleaned up.
Both compartments can be cleaned
at the same time.

Press the
Start/Pause
button.
Finishes this function within 16
minutes.
Settings
Child Lock
Use this option to disable the controls.
This function can prevent children from
changing cycles or operating the
appliance.
NOTE
Once this function is set, all buttons
are locked except the
Power
button.
When the controls are locked,
[L
and
the remaining time are alternatively
shown on the display during the wash
while this function is engaged.
Turning off the power will not reset
this function. You must deactivate this
function before you can access any
other functions.
Locking the Control Panel

Turn on the power.

Press and hold the
Delay End
and
Add Item
buttons at the same time
for 3 seconds to activate this function.
A beeper will sound, and
CL
will
appear on the display.
