“Point-and-shoot” photography (P program mode)
P mode is a shooting mode where the camera automatically sets the optimal aperture
and shutter speed according to subject brightness. Set the mode dial to P.

Program shift (%)
In P and ART modes, you can choose different
combinations of aperture value and shutter speed without
altering exposure. An “s” appears next to the shooting
mode during program shift. To cancel program shift, press
FG until “s” is no longer displayed.
