Meat (Beef Jerky)
1. Cut the desired meat into 2 cm wide strips.
2. Marinate the meat as desired and keep it in the refrigerator for
about 20 hours.
3. Dab o the remaining marinade from the meat using paper
towels.
4. Spread the meat strips evenly across the trays of your automac
dehydrator.
5. Set the dehydrator to about 65°C operang temperature and a
duraon of about 7 hours.
6. During the process, turn the meat strips if necessary.

8. Cleaning and Care
1. Disconnect the dehydrator from the power supply before clean-
ing.
2. Aer drying the food items, wash the dehydrator with warm
water and a so cloth.
3. Clean the appliance if necessary with cleaning agents and wipe
it dry. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, metal brushes or
organic solvents. Do not use owing water to clean the dehydra-
tor or immerse the housing in water or other liquids for clean-
ing.
4. The base of the dehydrator can be cleaned with a damp cloth if
it becomes dirty.
5. Store the appliance in a cool and well-venlated place.
