To turn off a burner: Turn the knob in the anti-clockwise direction until it stops (it should
be on the 0 position).
Residual heat indicator: To the left of the control knob, there is one residual heat
indicator.
To choose the right cookware: Do not use cookware with jagged edges or a curved
base.
Make sure that the base of your pan is smooth, sits at against the glass, and is
the same size as the cooking zone. Always centre your pan on the cooking zone
