SETTINGS / TEMPERATURE GUIDE:
SETTINGS TEMP. RECOMMENDATION
WARMING TRAY
150°F This setting is used when placing foods
directly on the warming tray only.
LOW
160°F Minimum setting when the large pan is
used on the warming tray.
MEDIUM
170°F Minimum setting when large pan/buffet
trays are used on the warming tray.
HIGH
180°F To keep foods at a higher temperature
when using the large pan/buffet trays.
NOTE:
The baking pan is
oven safe; you can
take your dishes
directly from the oven
to the warming tray.
Always use oven mitts
when removing the
baking pan from the
oven, as it will be hot.
The temperature
ranges are measured
with the large pan/
buffet trays on the
warming tray. The
surface temperature
of the warming tray
will be much hotter
than the temperature
ranges listed in the
table because it is
transferring heat
towards the large
pans/buffet trays.
