Safety Information
Please read and observe the following information for safe and proper use of your
device and to prevent damage.
Caution: Violation of the instructions may cause minor or serious damage
to the product.
• Do not disassemble or open crush, bend or deform, puncture or shred the
device.
• Do not modify or re-manufacture, attempt to insert foreign objects into the
battery, immerse or expose to water or other liquids, expose to fire, explosion or
other hazard.
• Only use the battery for the system for which it is specified.
• Only use the device with an LG charging system that has been qualified with the
system per CTIA Certification Requirements for Battery System Compliance to
IEEE1725. Use of an unqualified battery or charger may present a risk of fire,
explosion, leakage, or other hazard.
• Battery usage by children should be supervised.
• Avoid dropping the device. If the device is dropped, especially on a hard surface,
and the user suspects damage, take it to a service center for inspection. To

www.call2recycle.org.
• Always unplug the charger from the wall socket after the device is fully charged
to save unnecessary power consumption.
Charger and Adapter Safety
• The charger and adapter are intended for indoor use only.
• Insert the battery charger vertically into the wall power socket.
• Only use the LG-approved battery charger. Otherwise, you may cause serious
damage to your device.
• Use the correct adapter for your device when using the battery charger abroad.
