Roasted Pork neck
with spicy sauce
3-4 person
400 g Pork neck, 3 tbs. Soy sauce,
2 tbs. Oyster sauce, 1 tbs. Sugar, ½ ts. Pepper,
1 ts. Salt, 2 tbs. Fresh condensed milk, 2 tbs.
Roasted rice
Spicy sauce
1 tbs. Cayenne, 2 tbs. Tamarind juice,
1 tbs. Fish sauce, 2 tbs. Palm sugar, 1 tbs.
Roasted rice, Spring onion, coriander, As you
like it
Instructions
Roast pork neck, mix ingredients together 1 hour.
And cook. When oven beeps, bring out, back then and cook.
When 2
nd
oven beeps, spicy sauce, mix fish sauce, palm
sugar together, and cook. Add tamarind juice, roasted rice,
spring onion and coriander. Serve with roasted pork neck.

Roasted Pork
3-4 person
500 g Pork sirloin, 5 root Chopped coriander
root, 10 piece Garlics, ½ ts. White pepper,
1 tbs. Pickled bean curd, 1 tbs. Pickled bean
curd water, 1 tbs. Soy sauce, 2 tbs. Honey,
2 ts. Pork stewed in gravy power, ½ ts. Salt
Instructions
Crush coriander root, garlic, pepper together and mix with
pork, add another ingredients. Mash and marinate for
1 hour. And cook.
When oven beeps, bring out, back then and cook again.
Chopped, serve with Sticky rice.

Rice with Roasted
Pork and Sesame
Sauce
2 person
250 g Pork sirloin, 2 tbs. Red sugar, 3 tbs.
Shoyu, 1 ½ tbs. Mirin, ¼ cup Sliced garlic,
¼ cup Shredded ginger, 2 tbs. Roasted white
sesame, 2 tbs. Shredded spring onion, for
sprinkle on top
Instructions
Sliced pork, add ingredients for marinate 15 minutes.
And cook.
When oven beeps, bring out, back then and cook again.
When 2
nd
oven beeps, put marinate sauce in oven and cook.
Serve with rice sprinkled with marinate sauce and spring
onion.

Spicy Salad Roasted
Beef with Brinjal
2-3 person
300 g Beef sirloi, 1 - 1½ cup Brinjal,
8 leaves Kaffir lime leaves, ½ cup. Shallots,
¼ cup. basil, ¼ cup. Mint leaves, 1 tbs. Fish
sauce, 1 tbs. Sugar, 2 tbs. Lime juice, ½ tbs.
Cayenne, ¼ ts. Salt, ¼ ts. Pepper, ½ tbs. Olive
oil
Instructions
Marinate beef with salt, pepper, and olive oil for 1 hour.
And cook. When oven beeps, bring out, back then and cook
again. Sauce, mix sugar, fish sauce, lime juice, and cayenne.
Taste.
Sliced roasted beef, kaffir lime leaves, shallots, brinjal, mix
together with sauce. Before serve, sprinkled with sliced mint
leaves and kaffir lime leaves.
