Turmeric Grilled
Chicken
2 person
2 pieces. Thigh chicken, with drumsticks,
2 tbs. Turmeric, 10 piece Garlics,
5 root. Coriander root, ½ ts. White pepper,
1 tbps. Fish sauce, ½ ts. Black pepper, ½ ts. Salt,
1 ts. Sugar, ½ ts. Black soy sauce, 2 tbs. Oil
Instructions
Crush coriander root, garlic, pepper, and turmeric together for
marinate chicken with all ingredients in refrigerated, at least
2-3 hour. Put back side for grill and cook on rack.
When oven beeps, bring out back side down and cook on rack.
Serve with sticky rice, vegetables, and another you like.

Pandan Grilled
Chicken
2 person
200 g Chicken breast, 1 ½ tbs. Oyster sauce,
1 ½ tbs. White soy sauce, 1 ½ tbs. Sugar,
1 ts. Pepper, ½ tbs. Sesame oil, 1 tbs. Coriander
root, 1 tbs. Chopped garlic, 8-10 leaves Pandan
leaf, 2 tbs. Oil
Instructions
Slice chicken to pieces, and marinate with ingredients for
1 hour. When oven beeps, warp with pandan and cook on rack.
When 2
nd
oven beeps, bring out, back then and cook on rack
again. Serve with chili sauce.

Grilled Shrimp
with Black
Pepper
1-2 person
10 Tiger shrimps, 1 tbs. Black pepper,
½ cup. Diced small sweet peppers three colors,
1-2 root Coriander root, 5 piece Thai garlics, 1 ts.
Cayenne, 1 ts. Pepper onion, ½ tbs. Red sugar,
½ ts. Salt, 2 tbs. Olive oil, 2 tbs. White wine
Instructions
Crush coriander root, garlic, pepper, pepper onion.
Cut in both shell shrimp, marinate with all ingredients for
15 minutes. And cook on rack. When oven beeps, mix marinate
sauce and sweet pepper and cook. Serve with grilled shrimp.

4 - 6 River shrimps, 2 ts. Cayenne, ¼ ts. Salt,
¼ ts. Pepper, 1 tbs. Olive oil, 1 tbs. Fish sauce,
1 ½ tbs. Palm sugar, 3 tbs. Tamarind juice, ½ cup
Onion, ½ cup Chopped tomato, 1 tbs. Oil
Instructions
Wash and cut in both shell shrimp, marinate with salt, pepper,
cayenne, and olive oil for 15 minutes.
And cook on rack. When oven beeps, mix shallot and oil. And
cook. When 2
nd
oven beep, Bring out mash and cook on rack.
Sauce, mix fish sauce and palm sugar together, add onion and
tomato, put in oven and cook.

Grilled King
Mackerel with
Fish Sauce
2 person
400 g Fresh king mackerel steak, ½ cup Fish
sauce, ½ tbs. Sugar, ½ ts. Pepper, ½ cup Water,
1 tbs. Oil
Instructions
Mix ingredients for marinate king mackerel in 1 hour, and
sunned 3-4 hour. Cook it in oven on rack. When oven beeps,
bring out, back then and cook on rack again. Serve.

Grilled Snapper
with Coconut
Milk
2 person
300 g Snapper, ½ cup Coconut milk,
½ tbs. Shrimp paste, 5 Shallots, ½ tbs. White
pepper, 1 ts. Salt, 1 ½ tbs. Palm sugar,
2 tbs. Tamarind juice, Fried chili, coriander, for
decoration
Instructions
Crush shallots, pepper, salt, Shrimp paste together, add coconut
milk, tamarind juice, and palm sugar. And cook.
When oven beeps, put front fish and cook on rack.
When 2
nd
oven beeps, bring out, back then and cook on rack
again. Pour with coconut milk sauce, decorate with fried chili
and coriander. Serve.
