The model of this product is 1700-B2, which is a fully automatic laminating machine covered with a bottom paper film.
To ensure the printed image on the screen adheres to a special protective film or serves as a moisture-proof layer, this
equipment is required. The working principle of this equipment is to fit the film on the screen under the electric condition,
and the finished product can be rolled up while fitting. At the same time, the base paper on the back of the film can also
be rolled up. For more details, Please refer to the schematic diagram.

PANEL SECTION
Inching (stop)
refers to the state of stopping and the rubber roller does not
roll, but when there is a speed display, the rubber roller can rotate when the
foot pedal switch is stepped on.
Continuity
means that when the speed is displayed, the motor rotates and the
rubber roller rotates without the help of external force.
Forward rotation
refers to the rotation of the rubber roller in the direction of
film
Backward
refers to the reversal of the rubber roller, which is not a frequently
used function, and different operating methods will be used
Cold Laminating
refers to the state of normal temperature.
Hot Laminating
refers to the state of heating.
How to set the temperature?
First press the hot Laminating button, press the knob, and then enter the
temperature setting interface. Rotate to the right to increase the setting
temperature, rotate to the left to reduce the setting temperature. After setting
the required temperature, press the knob again, and the equipment will start
heating. Generally, the setting temperature should not be too high, just set to 35
℃.
Pedal switch,
this part is for the convenience of operating equipment, because at the beginning of operation mem-
brane and material, continuous function hinders the convenience of operation, so the Pedal switch is needed.
Tension handle.
The adjustment of this part is to prevent the film from running off. For example, in order to ensure
that the film does not run off, the handle plays a very critical role in laminating the 50-meter picture. Turning it inward
increases the tension, and turning it outward reduces the tension. Generally, adjust it until there is resistance on the
handle.
The oil-water separator,
commonly known as the air pressure gauge, is used to control the pressure between the
upper rubber roller and the lower rubber roller. Generally, the factory adjustment is 0.3MPA (experience value), and the
air pressure gauge is only for micro-use. The adjustment method is to pull the switch (two-centimeter cylinder) up, and
then screw it clockwise to increase the pressure. Turn it counterclockwise to reduce the pressure. After adjusting
,press it down to lock it.
The casters
are designed to facilitate the return of the equipment and move. After the return of the device, please lock
the casters to prevent them from moving during work.
The cutter is a part set up to reduce the subsequent workload. It is to cut off the excess white edges. When the picture
is shifted, the fine-tuning device of the cutter can be used for adjustment.
Rubber pad,
in order to extend the service life of the rubber roller. When it does not work, the upper and lower rubber
rollers can be separated through the rubber pad.

FEEDBACK ON PROBLEMS
MAINTENANCE
Pay special attention : the rubber roller must not be scratched by hard objects or blades.
Clean up the residual glue on the roller in time and keep clean.
The maintenance of sprockets and chains requires regular lubrication.
If the power switch is on, but the screen is not. Firstly, check whether the emergency stop switch is pressed. If it is
pressed, the machine will be out of power, which is one of the situations. If it is a problem with the emergency stop
switch, it is likely to be a problem with the controller, and the controller needs to be replaced.
If there is a misalignment of the laminating, firstly check whether the sheet metal structure at both ends of the painting
rod is tightly seamed with the fuselage, so there is a shift (with a gap), and the probability of misalignment will be greatly
increased. If it is not this problem, it is necessary to consider whether the aluminum rod of the screen and the friction
pads at both ends of the aluminum rod of the film are worn. If it is damaged, it needs to be replaced.
If the backing paper is not collected in time, it is necessary to check whether the friction plate of the film rod and the
bottom paper rod is worn, which is basically the problem.
If the finished product can't be collected , it is necessary to check whether the friction plate is worn and replaced regular-
ly.
If the finished product was collected very quickly, which broke the picture, indicating that the finished product tightened
the device part, the shaft and sprocket were stuck, and the parts needed to be replaced.
Put your hand directly in front of the roller, if the roller does not stop, mean the photoelectric switch is damaged and
needs to be replaced in time.
