This Manual Pneumatic Low-Temperature Cold Lamination Machine is a specialized device designed for laminating cold
lamination films onto various materials (e.g., prints, photographs, documents) under room temperature conditions. It
utilizes pneumatic pressure to ensure uniform adhesion, providing water resistance, UV protection, and enhanced durabil-
ity without the need for heat. This machine is widely used in advertising, photography, and artwork preservation indus-
tries.

EQUIPMENT STRUCTURE
PRE- OPERATION SAFETY INSPECTION
Frame: It supports the main structure of the whole equipment to ensure the stability of the equipment.
Workbench: A platform for placing the materials to be laminated, with a flat and smooth surface.
Laminating Roller: Used to evenly cover the film on the material surface, and the pressure and temperature (some
models) can be adjusted.
Check whether the air source connection is firm, whether there is air leakage, and whether the air pressure is within the
specified range.
Check whether all components of the equipment are installed in place, whether the screws are loose, and whether the
rotating parts are flexible.
Clean up the sundries on the equipment workbench to ensure a clean working environment.

MAINTAINCE
FEEDBACK ON PROBLEMS
Rollers can not be hurt by hard object such as blade.
Rollers should be regularly maintained, wipe with a soft cloth dipped in medical alcohol or non-toxic alcohol.
The friction plates need to be replaced regularly.
Bubbles in Lamination
1. There is air between the film and the material.
2. Laminating pressure or temperature is insufficient.
3. Film tension is uneven.
Method :
1. Realign the material and the film to remove the air.
2. Increase the laminating pressure or temperature.
3. Adjust the film tension.
Wrinkles in Lamination
1. Film tension is too large or too small.
2. Laminating roller is not parallel.
3. Material is not placed flat.
Method :
1. Adjust the film tension to the appropriate range.
2. Adjust the parallelism of the laminating roller.
3. Re-place the material to ensure it is flat.
