cooling mode, and the display “L0”, only water circulation, no heating.

former mode will be restored.

(when re-power, the child lock function is out)

Press the sleep button, the product will start the sleep mode, all the indicators will go out,
press any button to restore the indicator

1 . In order to prolong the service life, please fill pure water in the tank. The boiling water,
sea water or any other liquid or foreign matter are banned to be filled in. If not, the tank
will not work or even break down.
2 . lf the product is not used for a long time, please drain the water in the tank and mattress.
Before draining, make sure the water is not hot in avoid of burns.
3 . Please drain the water as below;
(1) Unplug the power cable:
(2) Detach the connection between tank and mattress!
(3) Drain the tank, air dry or wipe dry the water residue
4. Please drain the blanket as below.
(1) Unplug and power cable:
(2) Detach t he connection between tank and blanket:
(3) Drain the most of the water inside the blanket first, then air-pump the blanket
to push out the rest of the water.
5 . Please clean the tank as below :
(1) Drain the tank as described as above；
(2) Get the filter box out；
(3) Wipe clean the inside and outside by the wet cloth, don't wash it:r.
(4) Don't apply any detergent or any corrosive cleaning agent to clean,
the tank could be break down.
6. It's recommended to change the filter box every 3 months,
please change it in the way as below:

Fault Failure Analysis and Treatment Methods
No display light/
no Dower
The power is not turned on. Turnon the power again. If it still
fails to work, please contact the after-sales service in time.
The display shows
Lack of water, add an appropriate amount of water.
The product shuts
down automatically
The anti-tilt switch is triggered, place the host at
a horizontal angle and restart.
No heating
The set temperature is too low,
increase the set temperature appropriately.
The mattress
is not hot
Function keys
are not responding
The mattress is folded or the water hose is bent.
Water shortage is close to the limit, add water.
The child lock, on press the or use the remote control
to unlock the child lock.
1 . This machine must be connected to a power supply with a leakage protector and
a ground wire. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by professional
maintenance personnel in order to avoid danger.
2 . The tank should be placed in a dry and ventilated place. The tank must be placed
horizontally, not on an inclined plane. Do not move or lift the tank while running.
3 . There will be high temperature during the operation of the tank, please do not
let children touch or operate it.
4 . The water inlet and outlet pipe joints must be firmly connected before adding water
and power. The amount of water in the tank should not be too high. It's best to just
pass the water level mark.
5 . When there is a water shortage prompt, please add water before use, do not add water
beyond the maximum water level.
6 . When there is water after the shutdown in the power-on state, if the water temperature
is lower than 41°F, the tank will turn on auto(no display), and it will shut down after
heating to 50°F to prevent the mattress from icing and damage.
7 . When the machine is tilted to the sensing angle, the anti-tilt switch is triggered,
the tank will shut down and the buzzer beeps three times. The tank needs to be
turned on again after returning to the normal angle.
8 . Do not unplug the hose during work to prevent burns.
9 . Avoid twisting and flattening when placing the tank and connecting hoses , so as not to
block the return of liquid and affect the heating effect Take care to avoid using sharp
objects near the mattress body to prevent puncturing the hose.
10 . Due to the different environmental factors such as regions and seasons, the displayed
temperature of tank display has a certain deviation from the actual temperature.
11 . Children, infants, disabled persons, skin patients, drunk persons, persons unable to
perceive temperature changes, and persons lacking the ability to take care of
themselves cannot be used alone, and must be used under the care of adults.
12 . The product has been tested by adding water before leaving the factory. It is normal
for the product to contain trace amounts of water in the package.
13 . The tank can only be used with detachable control parts marked on the appliance
with specified specifications.

1 . In order to prolong the service life, please fill pure water in the tank. The boiling water,
sea water or any other liquid or foreign matter are banned to be filled in. If not, the tank
will not work or even break down.
2 . lf the product is not used for a long time, please drain the water in the tank and mattress.
Before draining, make sure the water is not hot in avoid of burns.
3 . Please drain the water as below;

(3) Drain the tank, air dry or wipe dry the water residue

5 . Please clean the tank as below :

(4) Don't apply any detergent or any corrosive cleaning agent to clean,
the tank could be break down.

1 . This machine must be connected to a power supply with a leakage protector and

2 . The tank should be placed in a dry and ventilated place. The tank must be placed
horizontally, not on an inclined plane. Do not move or lift the tank while running.
3 . There will be high temperature during the operation of the tank, please do not

4 . The water inlet and outlet pipe joints must be firmly connected before adding water
and power. The amount of water in the tank should not be too high. It's best to just
pass the water level mark.
5 . When there is a water shortage prompt, please add water before use, do not add water

6 . When there is water after the shutdown in the power-on state, if the water temperature
is lower than 41°F, the tank will turn on auto(no display), and it will shut down after
heating to 50°F to prevent the mattress from icing and damage.
7 . When the machine is tilted to the sensing angle, the anti-tilt switch is triggered,
the tank will shut down and the buzzer beeps three times. The tank needs to be
turned on again after returning to the normal angle.
8 . Do not unplug the hose during work to prevent burns.
