HEALTH AND SAFETY
The use of any electrical appliance requires the following common sense safety
rules.Please read these instructions carefully before using the product.
WARNING: Misuse of appliance could cause potential injury.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of
the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs. Use oven mitts or pot hold-
ers.
If the supply cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its
service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before
putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning the appliance.
Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the
appliance malfunctions, or is dropped or damaged in any manner. Return
appliance to the nearest Authorized Service Facility for examination, repair, or
adjustment.
The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance
manufacturer may cause injuries.
To disconnect turn all 2 OFF/LOW/HIGH/WARM dials to the OFF position, the
remove plug from wall outlet.

HEALTH AND SAFETY
Location
Always locate your appliance away from the edge of the worktop
Ensure that the appliance is used on a firm, flat, heat resistant surface
Do not use the appliance outdoors or near water.
Mains cable
The mains cable should reach from the socket to the appliance without
straining the connections
Do not let the mains cable hang over the edge of the worktop or open space
where a child could reach it.
Do not let the cable run across a cooker or hot area which might damage the
cable.
Other safety considerations
Do not switch on the Slow Cooker if the Cooking Pot is empty.
Allow the Glass Li d and Cooking Pot to cool before immersing in water.
Never cook directly on the Base Unit. Use the Cooking Pot.
Do not switch on the Base Unit without the Cooking Pot in place.
Switch off the Base Unit before removing the Cooking Pot.
Do not use the Cooking Pot or Glass Lid if cracked or chipped.
Do not switch on the appliance when it is upside down or laid on its side.
The Glass Lid and Cooking Pot are fragile.
Handle them with care.
The use of attachments or tools not recommended by Sunvivi® may cause fire,
electric shock or injury.
Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner or in a heated oven
The heating element surface is subject to residual heat after use
Unplug from the socket when not in use, before putting on or taking off
attachments, and before cleaning.
Personal safety
WARNING: Do not touch the top of the appliance or other hot parts during or
after use, use handles or knobs. Misuse of this appliance could causse potential
injury.
To protect against the risk of electrical shock do not put base in water or in
any other liquid.
Do not touch hot surfaces. Use oven gloves or a cloth when removing Iid on
handling hot containers.
Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot
food, water, or other hot liquids.

BEFORE FIRST USE
IMPORTANT: DO NOT IMMERSE THE SLOW COOKER BASE IN WATER.
Introduction
Thank you for purchasing your new Sunvivi® Slow Cooker.
Your Dual Slow Cooker will allow you to create multiple extensive selection of
meals with the added benefit of being able to sear the meal in the cookers and
create richer fuller flavors in your dishes.
Before First Use
Remove all packaging materials, labels and tags from the product.
Wash the Lid and Cooking Pot in hot, soapy water.Rinse and dry.
It is necessary to operate the Dual Slow Cooker one time before cooking food.
Pour 4 cups of water into each of the pots. Cover each cooking pot with a glass
lid.
Plug the Dual Slow Cooker into a 230V AC outlet.
Turn each of the Dials to HIGH and allow to heat for approximately 30 minutes.
You will notice a slight odor, this is normal and should quickly disappear.
Turn each of the 2 Dials to the OFF position and unplug the Dual Slow Cooker.
Allow to cool for at least 20 minutes.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: The product has a burnt smell when used for the first time
Due to the nature of ceramic material, it is recommended to boil the product in
high temperature water for 15-30 minutes prior to first use. This process will to
eliminate any burnt smell that may occur during initial use.
Q: The heating speeds of the two pots are inconsistent.
Q:Is it dishwasher safe?
Q: Can the ceramic pan go in the oven?
Q: If one of the pots is damaged, can the other one still be used?

Please ensure that the heating switches for both pots are turned on. Additionally,
it is important to note that each of the two pots are independently controlled and
may have a temperature variance of 5-10 degrees Celsius. This has been tested
by a third-party laboratory and should not affect the quality of food preparation.
Yes, both the ceramic pot and lid are dishwasher safe. To ensure the longevity of
the product, we recommend placing it in the top rack of the dishwasher and
avoiding abrasive detergents or scrubbers.
Please note that this product is made of ceramic material and should not be
placed in the oven or any other high-temperature environments during use. It is
recommended to only heat food at appropriate temperatures.
Yes, each of the two pots are independent and can be used separately. If one pot
is damaged, the other one can still be used normally.

Orange Chicken with Asparagus and Carrots
Orange juice and asparagus complement the heartiness of the dark chicken
meat. Boneless, skinless thighs, available in most supermarkets, make this a
healthy and tasty dish that the entire family will enjoy.
· 1/2 cup orange juice
· 2 cups chopped carrots
· 1/2 cup chicken stock
· 1 onion, chopped
· 2 tablespoons melted orange marmalade
· 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs
· 1/4 tsp. Kosher salt
· 1/4 tsp. red pepper
· 3 tablespoons brown stone ground mustard
· 2 lbs. skinny asparagus spears trimmed to 5"
· 1 tablespoon sour cream
1.Rinse chicken,pat dry and set aside.
2.Place the orange juice, chicken stock, orange marmalade, salt and pepper into
the cooking pot. Stir well to combine.
3.Add the vegetables to the bottom of the cooking pot: asparagus, carrots and
onion.
4.Place the chicken pieces on top of the vegetables. Cover and cook on LOW for 7
to 8 hours or on HIGH for 3-1/2 to 4 hours. At the end of the cooking time,drain the
liquid from the slow cooker.
5.Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces or shred using 2 forks.
6.Place chicken back into the cooking pot.
7.Place liquid into a saucepan, add mustard and reduce until thickened. At the
very end of the cooking time, add the sour cream and stir until warmed.
8.Pour sauce over the chicken in the Slow Cooker's cooking pot and stir well.
Serve with white or brown rice.

Mushroomy Beef Stroganoff
Comfort food at its finest! Beef in a served over pasta OR noodles. Your family will
go crazy thinking there's a hidden chef in your kitchen with this Beef and Mush-
room Stroganoff!
• 2 lbs. beef top round, thin sliced
• 4 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
• 6 tablespoons flour
• 1/4 tsp. oregano
• 2 cubes mushroom bullion
• 1/4 tsp. rosemary
• 2 cups boiling water
• 1 bay leaf
• 3 carrots (1-1/2 cups) fine diced
• 8 oz- sour cream salt
• 1/4 onion fine diced
• egg noodles, cooked
Cut beef into strips.
Place flour in a plastic freezer bag.
Add beef to the bag and shake until the meat is lightly coated with flour.
Dissolve bullion in boiling water.
Add all ingredients except sour cream to the cooking pot. Cover and cook on
LOW for 8-10 hours or on HIGH for 4-5 hours. Remove and discard the bay leaf.
6.30 minutes before serving, add sour cream to the cooking pot. Stir to mix well.
Reduce heat to LOW. After 30 minutes, turn the heat down to WARM. Add salt to
taste.
Serve beef Stroganoff over egg noodles.
