a) Do not attempt to operate this microwave drawer with the door open since open door operation
can result in harmful exposure to microwave energy. It is important not to defeat or tamper with
the safety interlocks.
b) Do not place any object between the microwave front face and the door or allow soil or cleaner
residue to accumulate on sealing surfaces.
c) Do not operate the microwave if it is damaged. It is particularly important that the oven door
close properly and that there is no damage to the:
1) DOOR (bent)
2) HINGES AND LATCHES (broken or loosened)
3) DOOR SEALS AND SEALING SURFACES
d) The microwave drawer should not be adjusted or repaired by anyone except properly qualied
service personnel.

Safety
When using electrical appliances basic safety precautions should be followed, including the fol-
lowing:
WARNING: To reduce the risk of burns, electric shock, re, injury to persons or exposure to exces-
sive microwave energy:
1. Read all instructions before using the appliance.
2. Read and follow the specic: “PRECAUTIONS TO AVOID POSSIBLE EXPOSURE TO EXCESSIVE
MICROWAVE ENERGY”.
3. This appliance must be grounded. Connect only to properly grounded outlet.
4. Install or locate this appliance only in accordance with the provided installation instructions.
5. Some products such as whole eggs and sealed containers - for example, closed glass jars -
can explode and should not be heated in this oven.
6. Use this appliance only for its intended use as described in the manual. Do not use corrosive
chemicals or vapors in this appliance. This type of oven is specically designed to heat, cook or
dry food. It is not designed for industrial or laboratory use.
7. HOT CONTENTS CAN CAUSE SEVERE BURNS. DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN TO USE THE MI-
CROWAVE. Use caution when removing hot items.
8. Do not operate this appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working properly, or
if it has been damaged or dropped.
9. This appliance should be serviced only by qualied service personnel. Contact nearest autho-
rized service facility for examination, repair, or adjustment.
10. Do not cover or block any openings on the appliance.
11. Do not store this appliance outdoors. Do not use this product near water - for example, near a
kitchen sink, in a wet basement, near a swimming pool, or similar location.
12. Do not immerse cord or plug in water.
13. Keep cord away from heated surface.
14. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter.
15. When cleaning surfaces of door and oven that comes together on closing the door use only
mild, nonabrasive soaps, or detergent applied with a sponge or soft cloth.
16. To reduce the risk of re in the microwave drawer cavity:
1). Do not overcook food. Carefully attend appliance when paper, plastic, or other combusti-
ble materials are placed inside the oven to facilitate cooking.
2). Remove wire twist-ties from paper or plastic bag before placing bag in oven.
3). If material inside of the oven ignite, keep oven door closed, turn oven off, and disconnect
the power cord, or shut off power at the fuse or circuit breaker panel.
4). Do not use the cavity for storage purposes. Do not leave paper products, cooking utensils,
or food in the cavity when not in use.
17. Liquids, such as water, coffee, or tea are able to be overheated beyond the boiling point with-
out appearing to be boiling. Visible bubbling or boiling when the container is removed from the
microwave oven is not always present.
THIS COULD RESULT IN VERY HOT LIQUID SUDDENLY BOILING OVER WHEN THE CONTAINER IS
DISTURBED OR A SPOON OR OTHER UTENSIL IS INSERTED INTO THE LIQUID.

1). Do not overheat the liquid.
2). Stir the liquid both before and halfway through heating it.
3). Do not use straight-sided containers with narrow necks.
4). After heating, allow the container to stand in the microwave oven for a short time before
removing the container.
5). Use extreme care when inserting a spoon or other utensil into the container.
18. Do not operate any heating or cooking appliance beneath the appliance.
19. Do not mount unit over or near any portion of heating or cooking appliance.
20. Do not mount over sink.
21. Do not store anything directly on top of the appliance surface when the appliance is in opera-
tion.
22. Oversized food or oversized metal utensils should not be inserted in a microwave/ toaster
oven as they may create a re or risk of electric shock.
23. Do not clean with metal scouring pads. Pieces can break off the pad and touch electrical
parts involving a risk of electric shock.
24. Do not store any materials, other than manufacturer’s recommended accessories, in this oven
when not in use.
25. Do not cover racks or any other part of the oven with metal foil. This will cause over-heating
of the oven.

Grounding Instructions
This appliance must be grounded. In the event of an electrical short circuit, grounding reduces
the risk of electric shock by providing an escape wire for the electric current. This appliance is
equipped with a cord having a grounding wire with a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged
into an outlet that is properly installed and grounded.
WARNING: Improper use of the grounding can result in a risk of electric shock. Consult a qualied
electrician or serviceman if the grounding instructions are not completely understood, or if doubt
exists as to whether the appliance is properly grounded. If it is necessary to use an extension cord,
use only a 3-wire extension cord that has a 3-blade grounded plug, and 3-slot receptacle that will
accept the plug on the appliance. The marked rating of the extension cord shall be equal to or
greater than the electrical rating of the appliance.

Touching some of the internal components can cause serious personal injury or death.
Do not disassemble this appliance.
WARNING: Electric Shock Hazard
Improper use of the grounding can result in electric shock. Do not plug into an outlet
until appliance is properly installed and grounded.
1. A short power-supply cord is provided to reduce the risks resulting from becoming entangled in
or tripping over a longer cord.

2. Longer cord sets or extension cords are available and may be used if care is exercised in their
use.
3. If a long cord or extension cord is used:
1. The marked electrical rating of the cord set or extension cord should be at least as great as
the electrical rating of the appliance.
2. The extension cord must be a grounding-type 3-wire cord.
3. The longer cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the counter top or table top
where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over unintentionally.
Radio Interference
1. Operation of the microwave oven may cause interference to your radio, TV or similar equip-
ment.
2. When there is interference, it may be reduced or eliminated by taking the following measures:
1. Clean door and sealing surface of the oven.
2. Reorient the receiving antenna of radio or television.
3. Relocate the microwave oven with respect to the receiver.
4. Move the microwave oven away from the receiver.
5. Plug the microwave oven into a different outlet so that microwave oven and receiver are on
different branch circuits.
3. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed
and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communi-
cations.
Utensils
CAUTION: Personal Injury Hazard
Tightly-closed utensils could explode. Closed containers should be opened and plastic pouches
should be pierced before cooking.
See the instructions on “Materials you can use in microwave oven or to be avoided in microwave
oven.”
There may be certain non-metallic utensils that are not safe to use for microwaving.
If in doubt, you can test the utensil in question following the procedure below.
Utensil Test:
1. Fill a microwave-safe container with 1 cup of cold water (250ml) along with the utensil in ques-
tion.
2. Cook on maximum power for 1 minute.
3. Carefully feel the utensil. If the empty utensil is warm, do not use it for microwave cooking.
4. Do not exceed 1 minute cooking time.
This device complies with part 18 of the FCC Rules.

b. Maintenance of the system.
c. Simple measures that can be taken by the user to correct interference.
d. Manufacturers of RF lighting devices must provide an advisory statement, either on the product
packaging or with other user documentation, similar to the following:

ating between 0.45–30 MHz.

SPECIAL WARNING
If there are any discrepancies between the appliance and the illustrations in this manual, the actual
product shall take precedence.
Installation and service must be performed by a qualied installer.
IMPORTANT: Save this installation manual for use by the local electrical inspector.
Read and retain these instructions for future reference.
Clearances and Dimensions
For safety considerations, do not install the drawer in any combustible cabinetry that does not
comply with the specied clearances and dimensions. See Figure 1.
Unpacking Your Microwave Drawer
Remove all packing materials from inside the microwave drawer. Do not remove the waveguide
cover, which is located on the top of the microwave drawer.
Remove the feature sticker, if present. Inspect the drawer for any damage, including a misaligned
or bent drawer, damaged drawer seals or sealing surfaces, broken or loose drawer guides, or dents
inside the cavity or on the front of the drawer.
If any damage is found, do not operate the microwave drawer. Contact your dealer or a KoolMore
Customer Service for assistance.
Important Notes To The Installer
Read all of the User Manual before installing the Microwave Drawer.
Remove all packing material before connecting the electrical supply.
Observe all governing codes and ordinances.
Be sure to leave these instructions with the consumer.
Important Safety Instructions
WARNING: If the information in this manual is not followed exactly, a re or electrical shock may
result that could cause property damage, personal injury or death.
WARNING: To reduce the risk of tipping, the Microwave Drawer must be secured by a properly
installed Anti-Tip block.
This Microwave Drawer must be electrically grounded in accordance with local codes.
Make sure the wall coverings and the cabinets around the Microwave Drawer can withstand the
heat generated by the Microwave Drawer.
WARNING: Never leave children alone or unattended in the area where a Microwave Drawer is in
use. Never leave the drawer open when the microwave is unattended.
WARNING: Stepping ,leaning or sitting on the drawer may result in serious injuries and can also
cause damage to the Microwave Drawer.
Do not use the Microwave Drawer as a storage space. This creates a potentially hazardous situa-
tion.

Check that the time of day is displayed. If not, press Stop/Clear to prevent unintended use.
WARNING: Stepping, leaning or sitting on the drawer may result in serious injuries and can also
cause damage to the Microwave Drawer.
Do not use the Microwave Drawer as a storage space. This creates a potentially hazardous situa-

Clearances And Dimensions
Dimensions that are shown in Figure 1 must be used. Given dimensions provide minimum clear-
ance. Locate electrical outlet in the shaded area in the upper left-hand corner of the cutout. See
Figure 1.
Contact surface must be solid and level. Pay special attention to the oor on which the Microwave
Drawer will sit. The oor of the opening should be constructed of plywood strong enough to sup-
port the weight of the oven (about 100 pounds).
Check location where the Microwave Drawer will be installed for proper electrical supply.
Your oven can be built into a cabinet or wall by itself or under a gas or electric wall oven.
Be sure that the clearance of the oor between the wall oven and the microwave drawer is a mini-
mum of 2-inches.
The microwave interior will easily accommodate a 9” x 13” oblong dish or a bag of microwave
popcorn.

Figures 1 and 2 contain many Microwave Drawer measurements for reference when planning the
drawer’s location.
It can also be installed using an electrical outlet in an adjacent cabinet, within the reach of the
provided power cord. The access hole for the power cord in the cabinet should be at least 1/2” in
diameter and free of any sharp edges (deburred).
IMPORTANT: Always allow sucient power cord length to reach the electrical outlet to prevent
tension on the cord. Always check local electrical codes for installation requirements.
Anti-Tip Block

Anti-Tip Block Installation Instructions
To reduce the risk of the microwave drawer tipping, the Anti-Tip block must be properly installed
14 13/16 inches above the oor where the microwave drawer will be placed. The 6-inch Anti-Tip
block must be provided by the installer. Refer to Figures 1 and 3.
The Anti-Tip block helps prevent serious injury that could result from spilled hot liquids.
If the microwave drawer is moved to a different location, the Anti-Tip block must also be relocated
and reinstalled.
When installing the block to the wall, ensure that the screws fully penetrate the drywall and are se-
curely fastened into wood or metal framing so the block is completely stable. When fastening the
screws, be careful not to penetrate any electrical wiring or plumbing.
Grounding Instructions
This appliance must be grounded.
The microwave drawer is equipped with a power cord that includes a grounding wire and ground-
ing plug. It must be plugged into a properly installed and grounded wall receptacle in accordance
with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and all local electrical codes and ordinances.
In the event of an electrical short circuit, grounding reduces the risk of electric shock by providing
a safe path for electrical current.
Electrical Requirements
The electrical requirements are 120 volts, 60 Hz, AC only, with a 15-amp or greater protected elec-
trical supply. It is recommended that a separate circuit serving only this appliance be provided.
The microwave drawer is equipped with a 3-prong grounding plug and must be connected to a
properly installed and grounded wall receptacle. If only a 2-prong outlet is available, have a quali-
ed electrician install the proper grounded outlet.
If you have any questions regarding grounding or electrical instructions, consult a qualied electri-
cian or service technician.
The appliance can also be installed using an electrical outlet in an adjacent cabinet, provided the
outlet is within reach of the supplied power cord. Always check local electrical codes for installa-
tion requirements.

WARNING: Improper use of the grounding plug can result in a risk of electric shock. If an extension
cord is used, it must be a 3-wire grounding-type cord with a 3-prong grounding plug and a 3-slot re-
ceptacle that accepts the plug on the appliance. The marked electrical rating of the extension cord
should be equal to or greater than the electrical rating of the appliance. If the power supply cord
is too short to reach the outlet, have a qualied electrician or service technician install a properly
grounded outlet near the appliance.
Drawer Installation
1. Place the drawer adjacent to the wall or cabinet opening. Plug the power supply cord into the
electrical outlet.
2. Carefully guide the drawer into the prepared opening. Avoid pinching the cord between the mi-
crowave drawer and the wall.
3. Slide the drawer all the way until the mounting ange is ush with
the face of the cabinet. See Figure 5.
4. Open the drawer. Using the 4 holes on the drawer as a template ,
pre drill the cabinet using a 1/16” bit. See Figure 5.
5. Secure the drawer with the 4 screws supplied. See Figure 6.

1. Standby Mode
1.) When the microwave drawer is plugged into an electrical outlet, “00:00” will appear on the dis-
play. Press to enter Standby Mode.
2.) During any setting process, pressing will cancel the current setting and return the drawer
to Standby Mode.
3.) In Standby Mode, the display will show the current time if the clock has been set. If the clock
has not been set, the display will turn off.
2. Open/Close the Drawer
1.) To Open the Drawer
When the drawer is closed, touch OPEN once. The drawer will open and the display will show
“OPEN”.
2.) To Close the Drawer
When the drawer is open, touch CLOSE once. The drawer will close and the display will show
“CLOSE”.

Note:
If the drawer is in the process of opening or closing, pressing OPEN or CLOSE will pause the open-
ing or closing action. Touching OPEN or CLOSE again will continue open or close the drawer.
3. Setting the Clock
1.) In standby mode, touch twice, the screen will display “12:00”.
2.) Touch the number keys to enter the current time.
For example, time is 12:10 now, please touch “1, 2, 1, 0” in turn.
3.) Touch to conrm. The clock is set.
Notes:
1.) To reset the clock, please repeat step 1 to step 3.
2.) The clock is a 12-hour display. If the clock is not set, it will not work when powered.
4. Setting the Kitchen Timer
1.) In standby mode, touch once, the screen will display “00:00”.
2.) Touch the number keys to set the desired time. The maximum time value is “99:99”.
3.) Touch to conrm. The timer starts counting down.
Notes:
1.) The kitchen timer is different from 12-hour system. The kitchen timer is a timer.
2.) In the process of the kitchen timer working, touch once to cancel the timer.
5. Microwave Cooking
The microwave provides 10 power levels.

There are two methods to set the microwave cooking function.
Method 1:
1. In standby mode, touch once. The display will show “0”.
2. Enter the desired cooking time using the number keys. The maximum time is 99:99.
3. Touch POWER once. “PL-10” will display. Touch POWER repeatedly or use the number keys to
select the desired power level.
4. Touch to begin cooking.

Method 2:
1. In standby mode, touch POWER once. “PL-10” will display.
2. Touch POWER repeatedly or use the number keys to select the desired power level.
3. Touch once. The display will show “0”.
4. Enter the desired cooking time (maximum 99:99).
5. Touch to begin cooking.
Notes:
• Opening the drawer or pressing during operation will interrupt the program.
• The power level can be changed during operation. Press POWER, then select the desired level
within 5 seconds.
6. Speedy Cooking
1. In standby mode, press number keys 1–5 to quickly select a cooking time from 1–5 minutes at
100% power.
2. Press the same number key again to increase cooking time by 30 seconds each time.
3. The maximum time is 99:99.
Note: During microwave cooking, auto menu, sensor cooking, kitchen timer, or defrost by time,
each press adds 30 seconds (except defrost by weight).
7. Defrost by Weight
1. In standby mode, press repeatedly until the desired menu appears:
• GROUND MEAT
• BONELESS POULTRY
• CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS
2. Press to conrm.
3. Enter the food weight using number keys (range 0.1–6.0 lbs).
4. Press to begin defrosting.
Note: A buzzer will sound to remind you to turn the food over. The display will show “TURN FOOD
OVER”.
8. Defrost by Time
1. In standby mode, press until “TIME” appears.
2. Press to conrm.
3. Enter the defrost time (maximum 99:99).
4. Press POWER if you wish to adjust the power level (optional).
5. Press to start defrosting.
Note:
• The buzzer will remind you to turn the food over during defrosting.
• Power level can be adjusted during operation.

9. Sensor Cook
Sensor Cook allows you to cook many of your favorite foods without selecting cooking time and
power level. The microwave drawer automatically determines the required cooking time for each
food item.
1.) In standby mode, press once. The display shows “SELECT FOOD TYPE 1-6”.
2.) Press repeatedly or use number keys 1–6 to choose the food type.
3.) Press to begin sensing.
4.) When sensing is complete, the calculated cooking time will begin counting down.

Note:
For the Chocolate and Cream Cheese menus, the buzzer will sound during cooking to remind you
to stir the food. The display will show “STIR FOOD.” If no action is taken, the drawer will continue

14. Air Fry Menu
1.) In standby mode, touch MENU once. The display will show “SELECT FOOD TYPE 0–9.”
2.) Touch MENU repeatedly or press the number keys (0–9) to select the desired food
type.
3.) Touch to begin cooking.

Note:
For the menus Frozen Squid Rings, Frozen Chicken Nuggets, Chicken Drumsticks, Frozen Fish
Sticks, and Spring Rolls, the buzzer will sound during cooking to remind you to turn the food over.
The display will show “TURN FOOD OVER.” If no action is taken, the drawer will continue operating.
15. Air Fry with Preheat Function
1.) In standby mode, touch AIR FRY once. The display will show “PREHEAT.”
2.) Touch to conrm.
3.) Use the number keys to set the temperature. Available temperatures are 100°F, 150°F, 250°F,
275°F, 300°F, 325°F, 350°F, 375°F, 400°F, and 425°F.
4.) Touch to begin preheating.
5.) When preheating is complete, “PREHEAT END” will display. Open the drawer, place the food
inside, and close it.
6.) Use the number keys to set the cooking time. The maximum time is 99:99.
7.) Touch to begin cooking.
Note:
The temperature can be changed during operation (except during preheating). Touch AIR FRY
once and the current temperature will display for 5 seconds. Touch AIR FRY repeatedly or use the
number keys to change the temperature. The drawer will operate at the selected temperature.
16. Air Fry without Preheat Function
1.) In standby mode, touch AIR FRY twice. The display will show “AIRFRY.”
2.) Touch to conrm.
3.) Use the number keys to set the temperature. Available temperatures are 100°F, 150°F, 250°F,
275°F, 300°F, 325°F, 350°F, 375°F, 400°F, and 425°F.
4.) Touch once.
5.) Use the number keys to set the cooking time. The maximum time is 99:99.
6.) Touch to begin cooking.

17. Keep Warm
1.) In standby mode, touch WARM repeatedly to select the temperature. 100°F, 150°F, and 200°F
are available.
2.) Touch once, then use the number keys to set the cooking time. The maximum time is
99:99.
3.) Touch to begin operation.

18. Child Lock Function
This function disables the control panel to prevent children from accidentally operating the drawer.
To Activate the Lock:
In standby mode, touch and hold for 3 seconds. The buzzer will sound and “LOCK” will ap-
pear on the display.
To Deactivate the Lock:
When the unit is locked, touch and hold for 3 seconds. The buzzer will sound and “UNLOCK”
will appear on the display.
19. Mute Mode
To Activate Mute Mode:
Touch MUTE ON/OFF once. The buzzer will sound and “MUTE ON” will appear on the display.
When mute mode is active, the buttons will not produce a sound when touched.
To Deactivate Mute Mode:
Touch MUTE ON/OFF again. The buzzer will sound and “MUTE OFF” will appear on the display.
20. Inquiring Function
1.) During microwave cooking, touch POWER to check the current power level. The power level will
display for 5 seconds.
2.) In Keep Warm or Air Fry mode, touch WARM or AIR FRY to check the current temperature. The
temperature will display for 5 seconds.

Be sure to unplug the appliance from the power supply before cleaning.
1. Clean the microwave drawer cavity after use with a slightly damp cloth.
2. Clean the accessories in the usual way using warm, soapy water.
3. Clean the drawer frame, seals, and surrounding areas carefully with a damp cloth when they
become dirty.
4. Do not use harsh abrasive cleaners or sharp metal scrapers to clean the drawer window glass,
as they may scratch the surface and cause the glass to break.
5. Cleaning Tip: For easier cleaning of the cavity walls where food splatters may occur, place half
a lemon in a bowl, add 10 oz of water, and heat on 100% microwave power for 10 minutes.
Then wipe the cavity clean with a soft, dry cloth.

Glass Jars
Always remove the lid. Use only for heating food until warm. Most glass jars are not heat-resis-
tant and may break.

Heat-resistant oven glassware only. Ensure there is no metallic trim. Do not use cracked or
chipped dishes.
Oven Cooking Bags
Follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Do not close with metal ties. Make small slits to allow
steam to escape.
Paper Plates and Cups
Use for short-term cooking or reheating only. Do not leave the appliance unattended while cook-
ing.
Paper Towels
Use to cover food for reheating and absorbing fat. Use under supervision for short-term cooking
only.
Parchment Paper Use as a cover to prevent splattering or as a wrap for steaming.
Plastic
Microwave-safe only. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Should be labeled “Microwave
Safe.” Some plastics soften as food heats. Boiling bags and tightly closed plastic bags should be
slit or vented as directed on the package.

Microwave-safe only. Use to cover food during cooking to retain moisture. Do not allow plastic

Long-Term Storage or Non-Use
If the unit will not be used for an extended period:

KoolMore Supply Inc. extends a limited warranty to the original purchaser, guaranteeing that this KoolMore product is
free from manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.
Should you discover any such defect within the warranty period, KoolMore Supply Inc. reserves the right to repair or re-
place the product without charge, or to cover the cost of replacement parts and repair labor needed to correct defects
present at the time of purchase or resulting from regular usage, when the appliance has been installed, operated, and
maintained as per the instructions provided.
At its sole discretion, KoolMore Supply Inc. may decide to replace the product. In such an event, your replacement
appliance will carry the warranty for the remaining term of the original unit’s warranty period.
This warranty is valid exclusively to the original purchaser of the product and only applicable within the United States.
