and safety information about the Device, its
safe use and installation.
⚠CAUTION! Before beginning the installation, please
read carefully and entirely this guide and any other
documents accompanying the Device. Failure to follow
the installation procedures could lead to malfunction,
danger to your health and life, violation of law or refus-
al of legal and/or commercial guarantee (if any). Shelly
Europe Ltd. is not responsible for any loss or damage
in case of incorrect installation or improper operation of
this Device due to failure of following the user and safety
instructions in this guide.
ABOUT THE DEVICE
The Shelly Wave H&T sensor is a Z-Wave
®
device de-
signed to detect humidity and temperature, featuring
long battery life.

and may control electric circuits and appliances. Pro-
ceed with caution! Irresponsible use of the Device may
lead to malfunction, danger to your life or violation of

⚠RECOMMENDATION: Place the Device as far away
as possible from metal elements as they can cause sig-
nal interference.
⚠CAUTION! Do not install the Device where it can
get wet.
INSERTING/REPLACING THE BATTERY
⚠CAUTION! Use only 3 V CR123A or a compatible
battery!
⚠CAUTION! Ensure the batterie is installed correctly
according to polarity (+ and -).
1. Remove the Device bottom shell by turning it
counter clockwise as shown on Fig. 1.
2. Insert the battery as shown on Fig. 2.
3. The LED indication should start ashing slowly,
indicating the Device is awake. Attach the bottom shell
to Device by turning it clockwise as shown on Fig. 3.
Device can be also power supplied through a USB
power adapter. Device USB adapter is available for

INSERTANDO/SUSTITUYENDO LA BATERÍA
⚠¡PRECAUCIÓN! Utilice sólo pilas de 3 V CR123A
o compatibles.
⚠¡PRECAUCIÓN! Asegúrese de que las pilas estén
instaladas correctamente según la polaridad (+ y -).
1. Retire la carcasa inferior del dispositivo girándola
en sentido contrario a las agujas del reloj, como se
muestra en la imagen 1.
2. Inserte la batería, como se muestra en la imagen 2.
3. La indicación LED debe comenzar a parpadear
lentamente, lo que indica que el Dispositivo está en-
cendido. Coloque nuevamente la carcasa inferior al
Dispositivo girándola en el sentido de las agujas del
reloj, como se muestra en la imagen 3.
El Dispositivo también puede ser alimentado medi-
ante un adaptador de corriente USB. El adaptador
