carefully and understand all ASSEMBLY AND OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS before operating. Failure
to follow the safety rules and other basic safety precautions may result in serious personal injury.

DO NOT allow persons to operate or assemble the product until they have read this manual and have
developed a thorough understanding of how it works.
DO NOT modify this product in any way. Unauthorized modification may impair the function and/or
safety and could affect the life of the product. There are specific applications for which the product was
designed.
Use the right Pump for the job. DO NOT attempt to force a small Pump or attachment to do the work
of a larger industrial Pump. There are certain applications for which this Pump was designed. DO NOT
modify this Pump and do not use this Pump for a purpose for which it was not intended.
Maintain Pump with care. Inspect tool cords periodically and, if damaged, have them repaired by an
authorized technician.
Inspect the work area before each use. Keep work area clean, dry, free of clutter, and well-lit.
Cluttered, wet, or dark work areas can result in injury.
DO NOT use the product where there is a risk of causing a fire or an explosion; e.g., in the
presence of flammable liquids, gases, or dust. The product can create sparks, which may ignite the
flammable liquids, gases, or dust.
Guard against electric shock. Prevent body contact with grounded surfaces such as pipes, radiators,
ranges, and refrigerator enclosures. It is strongly recommended that this Pump be plugged into a
Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI). Ask a local electrician for easy installation instructions. To
avoid electrical shock, no person or animal should be in contact with the water being pumped. Never
walk on wet or damp area when pump is running in the same room.
Keep children and bystanders away from the work area while operating the pump. DO NOT allow
children to handle the product.
Check for damaged parts before each use. Carefully check that the product will operate properly
and perform its intended function. Replace damaged or worn parts immediately. Never operate the
product with a damaged part.

Circulation of caustic fluids, as well as the circulation of abrasive materials, must be avoided at all costs.
For your safety, maintenance should be performed regularly by a qualified technician.
DO NOT pump hazardous materials. DO NOT pump explosive or flammable materials such as Fuel
Oil, Kerosene, Gasoline etc. Do not pump in close proximity to flammable or explosive materials. DO
NOT pump fats, oils, salt or waste water. This Pump is designed to move clean or dirty water. DO
NOT pump hot liquid.
Water transfers in cycles. DO NOT attempt to manipulate the switch to keep Pump running
continuously. It is meant to shut off intermittently. Doing so will damage the Pump.
WARNING: People with pacemakers should consult their physician(s) before use. Electromagnetic
elds in close proximity to heart pacemaker could cause pacemaker interference or pacemaker
failure.
WARNING: Handling the cord on this product will expose you to lead, a chemical known to the
State of California to cause cancer, and birth defects or other reproductive harm. Wash hands after
handling. (California Health & Safety Code § 25249.5, et seq.)
Note: Performance of this Pump (if powered by line voltage) may vary depending on variations in local line
voltage. Extension cord usage may also affect Pump performance.

INSTALLATION
In the fixed application, please apply four screws to tighten the equipment on the foundation
support firmly.
When the equipment is used for the pound and swimming pool in the garden, the equipment shall
be subject to the special setup to avoid the overflow and falling.
The equipment shall be installed in the well-ventilated places to avoid the weather effect. In case of
indoor operation, please ensure that the floor is equipped with drainage ditch or leak age-proof
mechanism.
Please check the suction hose and guarantee its airtightness before startup. When the air foam
is
absorbed in the hose, the equipment is likely to be out of order because the leakage exists possibly.
DANGER! In order to avoid any mechanical force or tension, the suction pipeline shall be
installed. When the transmission pipeline is polluted, please apply filter for cleaning and to protect your
pump from malfunctioning.
NOTE: It is advised to install one check value to avoid the equipment shutdown which us caused
by water loss.
All interfaces which are connected to the suction pipeline shall be sealed by hemp and thick slurry or
sealing tape. The leak age will reduce the air exhaust.
The interface of metal pipe thread shall be sealed by sealing tape.
All components of suction pipeline shall be installed by profes sionals.
The inner diameter of suction pipe shall be 25mm at least; The suction pipe shall be kinking resistant and
suitable for the vacuum environment.
Considering that the increasing pipe length will reduce the transmission capacity, the suction
pipeline shall be as short as possible.

The suction pipeline shall uplift the pump steadily to avoid any bubble.
Please ensure that the suction pipeline has enough water supply; The terminal of suction hose shall
be submerged in water all the time.
All components of pressure pipeline shall be compressive.

The equipment can be firmly connected to the pipeline system (such as, internal water supply in
families). In such case, the equipment shall apply the highly flexible hose to connect to the pipeline
system to avoid the vibration.

ELECTRIC SHOCK RISK! NEVER

Please disconnect the power supply before any operation of equipment.
The equipment should be operated only in the following conditions:
1. The equipment is only connected to the socket which has protective contacts, moreover, which shall be
installed, grounded and checked by professional electricians.
2. The power voltage and fuse protection shall satisfy the technical data.
3. The equipment shall be equipped with the protective device for less than 30mA residual current when the
equipment is oper ated in the swimming pool, garden and similar places.
4. ln case of outdoor operation, the electrical connection shall be splash-proof; The equipment shall not be
operated in water.
5. The extension wire shall have enough conductor cross section; The cable drum shall be unfolded
completely.
ATTENTION! Danger type and source! All gaskets shall be renewed when components are dismantled.
