Please read the following instruc�ons carefully before pu�ng your massage device
into use to ensure trouble-free opera�on and op�mum efficiency. Please retain
these opera�ng instruc�ons for further use!
When using an electrical appliance, basic precau�ons should always be followed, including the
following:
Read all instruc�ons before using (this appliance).
DANGER – To reduce the risk of electric shock:
1) Always unplug this appliance from the electrical outlet immediately a�er using and before
cleaning.
WARNING – To reduce the risk of burns, fire, electric shock, or injury to persons:
• The massage device conforms to recognized technical principles and the latest safety
regula�ons.
• Do not wet,do not use pins.
• This items is NOT A TOY. Close supervision is necessary when this appliance is used by , on,
or near children or disabled persons.
• This appliance should never be le� una�ended when plugged in.
• Any possible repairs may only be carried out by authorized expert staff. Improper use and
unauthorized repairs are not permi�ed for safety reasons and lead to loss of warranty.
• Never touch the power plug with wet hands.
• Please avoid contact of the device with water, high temperatures and direct sunlight.
• Do not use any damaged cables, plugs or loose sockets.
• In case of malfunc�on, disconnect immediately from the mains.
• Do not use if you have skin disorders, open wounds,or swollen or inflamed areas.
• Misuse or incorrect use excludes any liability for damage.
• Do not use this device while driving.
• Do not use while you sleep.
• Do not use with infants,a helpless person or a person insensi�ve to heat.
• Overlong applica�on can result in skin burns.
• Do not use this product for medical treatment.
• In order to avoid excessively s�mula�ng the muscles and nerves, the recommended
massage �me should not be exceeded 15minutes at a �me.
• Each massage – even a hand massage – must be refrained from during pregnancy or if
one or more of the following complaints are present in the massage area: recent injuries,
thrombo�c diseases, all kinds of in flamma�ons and swellings, and cancer. It is
recommended to consult a doctor before having a massage for the treatment of ailments
and illnesses.
• If you are dependent on electrical aids e.g. pacemakers, please be sure to consult your
doctor for medical advice before taking a massage.
• The packaging material supplied should not be used as a toy.
• Unplug from outlet when not in use, and before pu�ng on or taking off parts.
• Do not operate under blanket or pillow. Excessive hea�ng can occur and cause fire, electric
shock, or injury to persons.
• Use this appliance only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not use
a�achments not recommended by the manufacturer.
• Never operate this appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working properly,
if it has been dropped or damaged, or dropped into water. Return the appliance to a service
center for examina�on and repair.
• Do not carry this appliance by supply cord or use cord as a handle.
• Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.
• Never operate the appliance with the air openings blocked. Keep the air openings free of lint,
hair, and the like.

• Never drop or insert any object into any opening.
• Do not use outdoors.
• Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being
administered.
• To disconnect, turn all controls to the off posi�on, then remove plug from outlet.
Failure to observe the above instruc�ons may cons�tute misuse of the product and can cause
serious injury or burns.

Opera�on and controller instruc�ons
• Likewise, you should allow your body some rest periods. To avoid straining your
muscles too much, we recommend to not exceed a con�nuous massage of 15 Minutes
each �me and not exceed 3 �mes every day.
• This device will switch off automa�cally a�er 15-minute �mer runs out.
• Do not setup or use the massager in a bathroom or similary wet / damp areas.
• Do not use this device while driving.
1. Place the massager on the neck, as the manner shown above; buckle up the
cordlock and adjust the drawcord to fit neck size.
2. Long press the bu�on for 3 seconds to turn on the device,simultaneously turn
on the shiatsu massage func�on.
3. short press to turn on the hea�ng, the device works on shiatsu with heat.
4. Short press again to turn off all func�ons,turn off the device.
Note: It can not work on only heat without shiatsu
5. You may choose a so�er or more intense massage by pu�ng on or removing
the sleeve.

Ba�ery Charging
3. When charging, the indicator shows red.
4. When full charge, the indicator will turn green
5. Normally it takes about 2.5-3 hours to fully charge.
6. Machine will be turned off automa�cally when charging.
7. A�er full charged,the device can work con�nuously for around 2 hours
Note: beforing using this product for the first �me, please fully charge it.
If the device is not in use for a long �me, the product should be charged
once a month to pretect the ba�ery life from shortening.
Ba�ery Disposal Warning:
The unit contains a Lithium Ion ba�ery.
Please contact your local recycling center to find out how to properly
dispose of the product.

Care and Maintenance
Care and cleaning instruc�ons
1. Always unplug the unit before cleaning it.
2. Before cleaning, allow unit to cool.
3. Dampen a cloth in water or a 3%–5% mild detergent solu�on.
4. Wipe the dirty areas with the wet cloth.
5. Do not use sharp brush, sharp tool, gasoline and diesel to clean it.
6. Do not use wet cloth clean control panel, lest cause failure, only use dry
cloth to wipe the control panel.
7. Never submerge any part of the unit in liquid.
8. Wait for the unit to become fully dry before use.
Maintenance
1. Please keep it in a safe, dry and cool place.
2. Do not keep it in any place with high temperature, near fire or direct
sunlight,or it may faded or damaged
3. Do not contact benzene, dilient or any other corrosive liquid.
