Using multiple USB-A/USB-C ports
When used together, two USB-C charging ports
provide up to 18W of power. A USB-C charging
port and a USB-A charging port provide up to
18W of power when used together. All three

MOUNTING YOUR SURGE

1 Turn o the power to the outlet at your
home’s circuit breaker.
2 Remove the wall plate, then plug in your
surge protector.
3 Insert the provided mounting screw through
the mounting hole and into the wall outlet.
4 Turn on the power to the outlet at your
home’s circuit breaker.

TROUBLESHOOTING
The grounded LED does not light when I plug in my surge protector.
• If your surge protector appears to be working properly, but the
grounded LED does not light, your building’s outlets may not be properly
grounded and may need to be repaired by a professional electrician.
• Move your surge protector to a dierent grounded three-prong AC
outlet. If it still does not light, return the product to the retailer for
assistance.
The protected LED does not light.
• Your surge protector’s AC lines are no longer protected. It may have
received a power surge or spike beyond its specied limits, which
overloaded the protection circuitry and rendered it inactive. Your surge
protector has protected the connected equipment as designed, but it
will not protect against future surges or spikes. Replace your surge
protector.
