Using the USB-A or USB-C2 port
Ideal for smartphones, smartwatches, and earbuds, the
USB-A or USB-C2 charging port provides up to 12W of
power when used alone.
Using multiple USB-A/USB-C ports
When all three ports are used together, USB-C1 provides
15W of power or 20W with PD, and USB-C2 and USB-A
provide 5W, for a total of 20W max.
USING YOUR SURGE PROTECTOR
1 If needed, mount your surge protector to the wall
using two anchored screws that are spaced 3.78 in.
(9.6cm) apart.
2 Plug your surge protector in a wall outlet.
3 Connect your devices to the surge protector.
4 Push the power/reset switch to the RESET position.
The Grounded and Protected LEDs light to show that
your devices are grounded and protected from power
surges.
Note: If the protected LED is o, your devices were
protected from a power surge. Replace your surge
protector.
Using the USB-C1 port
Ideal for tablets and smartphones, a USB-C charging
port provides up to 20W of power when used alone.

TROUBLESHOOTING
The power/reset switch is OFF.
The 15A circuit breaker may have tripped. Check
your connected equipment and unplug the device
that is overloading the circuit, then ip the
power/reset switch to RESET.
The grounded LED does not light when I plug in my
surge protector.
Move your surge protector to a dierent grounded
three-prong AC outlet. If it still does not light, return
the product to the retailer for assistance.
If your surge protector appears to be working
properly, but the grounded LED indicator does not
light, your buildings outlets may not be properly
grounded and may need to be repaired by a
professional electrician.
The protected LED does not light.
Your surge protector’s AC lines are no longer
protected. It may have received a power surge or
spike beyond its specied limits, which overloaded
the protection circuitry and rendered it inactive. Your
surge protector has protected the connected
equipment as designed, but it will not protect
against future surges or spikes. Replace your surge
protector.
