SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING:
1. Read this material before using this product. Failure to do so can result
in serious injury. Carefully read instructions and procedures for safe
operations.
2. The Ratchet Chain Binder must be used flexibly,and it is strictly
prohibited to use it compulsorily when individual connections are inflexible.
INSPECTIONS:
1.Before each use
Each time the ratchet style load binder is used, a visual inspection
should be carried out to determine whether there are abnormal conditions,
such as cracking,bending,deformation,etc.
2.After each use
After each use,if the tightening of the ratchet style load binder is
abnormal, the manufacturer or the supplier’s authorized maintenance
personnel should be advised to check immediately.
Suggestions for Safe Use of The Ratchet Style Load Binder
According to the size of the binder, it should be used with the matching
chain.
When connecting the binder hook with the chain ,hang the chain at the
bottom of the hook.
Do not knot the chain when using the binder.
When using the binder,make sure that the binder is straight without
folding and twisting.
Due to the shipping(handing) or transportation, the binder may have
knots at the connection between the ring and the hook or the screw
rod may be tightened. Please smooth them before use.
Make sure that the chain is straight without folding and twisting,If the

product directly when the chain is twisted.
The goods are bundled on hard or relatively hard objects. When

Efter användning, rengör och torka produkten och förvara den på en
torr , ventilerad plats.

För att förhindra allvarlig skada på grund av verktygsfel, använd den inte
när den är skadad

1. Kontrollera bindemedlets övergripande skick före varje användning.
Är skruven lös flexibel?
Är huvudkroppen deformerad?
Vidgas krokens öppning?
Är växeln deformerad?
Om det finns sprickor i alla delar.
2. Före varje användning, testa noggrant om pärmen fungerar korrekt
före faktisk användning. Om pärmen inte fungerar korrekt, följ
anvisningarna
inspektionsinstruktioner för att se om problemet uppstår.
3.Var försiktig när du felsöker det defekta för att förhindra allvarliga skador
bindemedel, lös alla problem före användning. Om lösningen som
tillhandahålls i
felsökningsguide kan inte lösa problemet, vänligen fråga kvalificerad
tekniker kontrollera pärmen före användning.
Efter att pärmen har reparerats, vrid avdragaren fram och tillbaka för att se
om den kan vara det
indraget fritt.
